Mistaken package but rectified quickly.
I ordered two of the same item from this company. When the package came, there was only one item in it, even though the order form inside said two items.
I have contacted the company through their website and also by email.
I recieved a personal phonecall today from the company and they were both friendly and apologetic. My query has been rectified and I would whole heartedly use this company in the future.
