Everything was done very efficiently. The whole process did take 3 months but there were some hold ups from solicitor acting for the other party

Made the process of selling the house really easy. A set price and good communication throughout, with text updates. It's a pretty much perfect way of dealing with the legal part of selling a house.

We recently used Charlotte Pawelczyk Jones at Simply Conveyancing for our house purchase and were extremely pleased with the service provided throughout.

The whole process was handled efficiently and professionally, with completion achieved in just nine weeks. Communication was excellent from start to finish. Whenever we had questions or needed clarification, Charlotte took the time to speak with us properly and explain things clearly, rather than rushing us off the phone. That level of support was greatly appreciated and helped make a potentially stressful process much easier to manage.

The online portal was also straightforward and easy to use, making it simple to upload documents, track progress and stay up to date with the purchase.

Communication throughout my property purchase was almost non-existent. Emails from both myself and the estate agents frequently went unanswered, and important information was repeatedly provided at the last minute.

On the day contracts were due to be exchanged, I was suddenly informed of additional costs that had been known for months. Rather than receiving support or an explanation, I was simply told that failing to produce the money immediately would inconvenience everyone involved.

Even after completion, the problems continued. I have since been contacted regarding further overlooked fees, and I recently discovered that the leasehold management company had not been properly notified of the change of ownership due to errors in the paperwork.

What is most disappointing is not that mistakes were made, but the complete lack of communication, accountability, and apology throughout the process.

Buying a house is stressful enough without having to chase your own solicitor at every stage.

Regret taking advice from my estate agents to use them.

Am a first time buyer and there’s barely and explanation of next steps. Not proactive , treat you like a number. Did not listen to me when I tried to explain an issue weeks ago which eventually resulted in the whole process being delayed further . A cash sale that should have happened very quickly was unnecessarily drawn out .

Despite being told multiple times by the sellers when the deadline to exchange was we missed it . Don’t send documents when they say they will send them .

I just had to leave a review for Skye Marie Bennett, she was unbelievable, always answered calls and emails, always came back when promised, Skye is an absolute credit to your firm hopefully she gets the praise she deserves. Well done Skye and thank you for always being available.

These guys were the vendor's solicitor for the house we just purchased. An oversight on completing ID checks was only noticed very close to the agreed completion date and resulted in not completing on time - hugely disappointing and we were massively inconvenienced.

Good experience with Simply Comveyancing.
First house sale fell through, breakdown in chain, but
Skye-Marie always helpful and proactive in securing final sale, completion next week. Always kept updated on progress and am happy to recommend.
