Simply the best experience of internet shopping I have ever had. Including chatting to your sales people when I changed my order. And delivery actually came the same day as the telephone call.

Simply Electricals was the first to drop the price on the TV I wanted, so I placed an order. Friendly and helpful email correspondence about delivery ensued. Unfortunately the courier was a day late and particularly grumpy, which didn't endear the firm to my wife. The TV is fine, though, and I'm promised details of the five-year warranty shortly. It remains only to be seen whether SE lives up to its promise of cashback via topcashback.co.uk - this is an area where some suppliers have lost all their credibility with me.

Searched around online for the best deal on my new Samsung TV, and these guys had it.
My worries that being based in the North West they would not deliver to Gloucestershire were unnecessary. From the purchase online to delivery on my new TV (and removal of old TV) everything went Smoothly without a hitch.
Professional service all round.

And by their reply below, you should see why steering clear of the this company is advisable. In fact, the infantile level of blame-shoving they drop to is laughable.... and apparently, I am not alone. Read the rest of their feedback.....In my case there was no notice of 7 day delivery - there was no notice of ANYTHING. Not even an email after purchase.
Word of advice guys - treat your customers with a little respect and when they have a bad experience - offer to make it right instead of blaming them. As for your 'Warranty' I couldn't care less - I'll take Samsungs over yours any day of the week and twice on Sunday. In fact, I think I might just return this and buy elsewhere. What a joke company :0

p.s If you are going to troll a response (which is disgraceful in and of itself) be big enough to put your name on it. Nothing screams coward more than a response with the company name only. GROW UP.

Took over a week for delivery of an ‘in stock’ TV. They also gave themselves the classic delivery window of 8am-6pm. Super considerate. Didn’t even receive an email confirmation of the actual order, had to create an account and link up the purchase just to see it was being processed?
I spent circa £2k on a TV and wall mount combination but received a third party wall mount rather then the genuine Samsung one.
I did receive a polite reply to email request for invoice within 24hrs but sadly that’s the end of the positives.
Very underwhelming experience all in all.

The product was good and it was delivered in a reasonable amount of time with no difficulties. Simply Electricals were selling the TV I wanted for the same price as a number of other outlets. I was incentivised to buy with them because they were offering money back through a cashback website. It seemed too good to be true and sadly it was. Unfortunately they decided not to honour the discount initially without any notification or explanation. I would have been a regular customer but will now just shop at Currys where I can pick up my purchases without delay and at the price advertised.

This company offered the best price available for the dishwasher we knew we wanted. Delivery day was advised several days in advance and could be amended if inconvenient. Delivery time was indicated within a two hour slot the day before and arrived as advised with a pleasant driver who brought the new machine into the kitchen and took away the old one for the price paid ( around £20). It did feel slightly odd not to book a delivery slot at the time of ordering and paying but all worked out really well. Very happy with my transaction.

Disappointingly my previous Siemens washing machine packed in just outside of its five year warranty and being this time of year I needed one immediately. Being size specific I went for a newer version of the same washer, again with a five year parts and labour warranty and Simply Electrics had an unbeatable price that I couldn't turn down.
There were a few comments on previous reviews in regard the varying delivery timings so I invested some of the saving and paying for next day delivery which arrived before 8am!!

I ordered a washing machine on the Monday and it was delivered on the Tuesday! The price was lower than the price elsewhere but it didnt reflect in the service at all.
Great company would highly recommend!

New dishwasher ordered on line at competitive price, but then a few days later before despatch, I decided I should have bought the more expensive model, still best price I could find. I telephoned Simply Electrics and all was sorted quickly and without fuss in this one phone call. Everything courteous and nothing a problem, as new deal efficiently arranged. Delivery came as planned and appliance working just as we wanted. I don’t normally do reviews but they exceeded my expectations and deserve recognition. Thankyou.

Excellent product and excellent service

Needed to replace the washing machine. Simply Electricals were offering a Bosch machine at a competitive price. Used live-chat to inquire about delivery. They said it was free and arranged it for the day we wanted. The driver rang 25 minutes before delivering the machine. He was efficient, friendly and offered some good advice. Can't fault the service.

Really happy with the service i received at simply electrical. I bought a new tv and soundbar for a great price. Admittedly i had to wait a long while for the delivery as the tv model i ordered was sold out everywhere, but the customer service team (specifically the blond lady who's name escapes me) were fantastic in keeping me up to date with my order.
