Bought a Fridge/freezer and pleased with the way the company reps tried to solve final delivery and also a special thanks to the delivery driver who very helpful at the end…

I would have given 5stars but the company knows exactly what I am talking about when I say that they need to get a handle on the ‘local’ stock checks.

I was promised on first sales call that the product was in ‘stock’ and available within 10days of purchase date. However cutting long story short, it eventually arrived near close to 25days later! Hence missed out that last star, but needless after numerous call we got there and they were very polite about it all

First time ordering from this site. Bought because it was best price online. Process was easy, Communications to arrange delivery were excellent and as promised, on the day I was given a 2 hour time slot (helpfully narrowed down to an hour after following up later). Arrived exactly when it was meant to, with helpful delivery driver. Yet to install but process thus far was faultless. Will definitely consider using again.

First time I have ordered from SE, and it was completed with no issues whatsoever. In fact, it was an absolute pleasure. The sales Lady made a great effort, and my large TV arrived precisely on time, and in perfect condition. This is how it should be, but was completely the opposite to the experience I had with the other company (think South American Rain Forest), which sold me the same TV, took my money, and then told me the next day that they had no stock, and didn't know when they would be getting any - needless to say, I cancelled that order! So well done, and thank you SE, for a trouble-free buying experience.

Ordered a Bosch washing machine on 28th December and it was delivered on the 8th January. About the best price I could find online with free delivery. I was contacted by email with the proposed delivery day and was able to accept or reschedule. On the day the driver rang me in the morning to advise that delivery would be after 4pm, so I could out (otherwise you need to be available all day as the delivery slot isn't notified until the day itself). The driver was very helpful in getting a heavy washing machine into the house. In summary, Simply Electrical delivered in accordance with what they promised.

Good website to find with good prices. Product was the particular size I was after and basically a lot more space inside the fridge. Delivery was excellent. No issues

We recently purchased a TV from Simply Electrics which has been an absolute fantastic buy. The service we received from them has been outstanding. I can only stress to anyone out there considering to use this company that they would not be disappointed. Their personal attention to detail is second to none. Theres only one place now for us to use for any future electrical items we may need.

I ordered a Samsung QLED 65in TV and Q60 Soundbar before Christmas which came at a really competitive package price. I was advised upfront that that delivery would be at least 10 days and it duly arrived after 12. Communication was excellent throughout. Based on my experience I have no hesitation in recommending this Company.

Looking to buy a TV we hadn’t been to Simply Electricals prior to this purchase but it was recommended by a relative.
We were unsure of what type , specification or size of TV would suit our needs and needed some advice so called at the store and were assisted by Brad who was very knowledgeable and helped us make our minds up about which TV to buy. We purchased a SONY BRAVIA KD49XG8305BU 49 inch smart TV.
Delivery and installation was within 3 days and throughout the process everyone we dealt with was very professional and helpful .
I would not hesitate to recommend Simply Electricals, we are extremely happy with both the product and the service we received .

Unable to give a delivery date, due to finanial deals and the fact they have to deliver the item themselves. It seems this company has a problem in moving forward to expand to it's customers and the problems it is unable to solve.
No reply to my emails.
Tv price dropped while I was still waiting for my delivery date and was told I would have to cancel my finance agreement, so as to get the reduced price, however they could not give me a delivery date, even if I had or not canceled my agreement.
No one interested in the fact I canceled my order with Simply Electricals, which begs the question on their customer service and their concern to their customers and the future of this business.
I am just off the phone after speaking to someone at Simply Electricials and they were not happy with me and talked to me like a bit of Dirt. What ever happened to the general rule in business, that the customer is always right. I would have been willing to with draw this Trust Pilot review, however after speaking to this ignorant man, who had no intension of rectifying this situation by the way he was speaking to me, then this review stays on here. You cannot defend yourself when you speak to your customers with an attitude problem.

Cheapest in the market for an excellent model and delivery service was very good.

Ordered my £1499 Samsung TV on 29 November. Delivery forecast 3-7 days. No communication and chased several times with the lead time extending each time. Eventually admitted they don’t have stock and no confirmed delivery - maybe 23 December? Cancelled as our existing TV had now died. Ordered from Richer and delivered next day. Unfortunately the market price now £1799 so a costly mistake trading with a small independent retailer.

speedy delivery and most of all the two guys who came to deliver and install the washer/dryer were ever so helpful and went above and beyond their job helping to sort out space for it - thank you.

I recently bought a Siemens Washer and Siemens Dryer from Simply Electricals in Bolton. I found the quality and price of goods excellent. Delivery was superb and Mike and Mikey who delivered my items were fantastic - nothing was too much trouble for them - well done guys.

I would certainly recommend Simply Electricals to all as they are a great company to deal with and I will be buying again from them in the New Year.

5* service will have no hesitation in recommending this retailer.
