I been searching high an low for a very popular frame that was sold out everywhere linda not only helped me find it an its shipping as we speak but also price matched it to 80$ cheaper then they had it listed for and she was just so polite an helpful all around and I genuinely appreciate it because so many online eyeglasses shops are fraudulent and have horrible customer service and reviews im pleased to see such high reviews from other as well for this company it so deserves it i trust them which is hard to do cant wait to receive my beautiful frames thank you linda !!!

After researching multiple online sites to purchase a new pair of eyeglasses, I settled upon SimpleEyeglasses after reading all the great reviews and am so glad I did! I absolutely love my glasses - they are great quality, look and fit perfectly, and the prescription is right on (granted my Rx is not very strong...-3.25). I also received a discount off the total cost from a promo code the site was offering, so I got them at a very reasonable price. Can't really speak to those with strong prescriptions, but would definitely recommend this site to anyone looking for a new pair of eyeglasses!

I was a little scared to order my glasses online but Simply Eyeglasses return policy convinced me to take a chance and I'm so glad I did. I was able to save a lot on my Silhouette frames and high-grade lenses. I did order the wrong size frame originally and customer service was so helpful in arranging for my exchange. I would definitely order again from this company.

Communication was good.
Once order was completed, shipping was as good as it could be with being a Canadian shipment.
Would use their service again for designer glasses in the future.

Simply Eyeglasses helped me out in a tough pinch by super expediting an order for glasses before I went on a trip. They were wildly helpful and I got just what I needed. I'm grateful!

Finally received eyeglass frames after a year wait. Wasn't the fault of Simply Eyeglasses it was the fault of the manufacturer. The customer service people were very helpful and understanding when I was inpatient with the wait. Beautiful frames that fit and looked great.

I had a complicated order which had a minor error on my part due to a misunderstanding. I promptly received a phone call which corrected the mistake and refunded the the small amount that I had overpayed. I'm happy!

UPDATE: I've changed this to a 5 star review because of the great response by SimplyEyeglasses to my original review. They called me within hours and offered for me to return the glasses so they could go for the thinner lenses. Best service I've seen anywhere.

Fantastic customer service and timely delivery as promised. Glasses are excellent. My only issue is with a technical issue. I bought rimless glasses that require drilling the lenses to install the frames. Because I have a strong prescription, I ordered the highest index lense available. Here is where their customer service shined - they contacted me immediately and said that because they needed drilled, they had to move me to the next lower index. They immediately gave a refund for the cost difference. However when the glasses arrived, they were thicker than my last pair, even though my prescription was actually less on the new glasses. So my previous provider had apparently been able to drill the highest index lenses without issues. So I'm disappointed that my new glasses are not as thin as before.

It wasn't easy to get through to customer service. The phone wasn't always answered. I ended up going through email to get a quote and figure out what was all going to cost. I had to get multiple quotes because they would leave out something. Finally the customer service rep snapped at me and said that the price I was given wouldn't be final until the order went through. I know I had a complicated order, but if she hadn't left out things I wouldn't have had to keep emailing her. Four stars because the glasses were fine and cost almost half what my eye doctor wanted for the same frames and lenses. Three stars for responsiveness and customer service. But I guess the price goes with that.

Maddie was very patient in telling me about the product and also with the re-order process! She knows the product well and provided a great customer service.

I had never ordered glasses online before. I wasn't sure of a few measurements. Linda Cole was very helpful in explaining exactly what I needed to provide and how to do so. I love the glasses!

First pair I ordered didn't fit right so, it was returned for a difffernt model and size.....Perfect fit! I will continue to be loyal to simplyeyeglasses.com for future purchases.

Easy to order and excellent selection of frames.

I received excellent service and a great product as well as significant savings. All I had to do was pick the frame and get my prescription. I even did the pupil distance measurement which was as simple as can be. No eye shop wanted to do it without the sale. SimplyEyeglasses.com explained how simple it was and we got the job done.

They went out of their way to get my glasses to me quickly as I was leaving on a trip the following week and really wanted to have them. I had the glasses in my hands within 7 days of ordering. They were progressive lenses so I was worried, but they are perfect. They walked me through how to measure.
