I just want to commend the staff of Simply Eye Glasses for going above and beyond, excellent customer service! The original frames I ordered did not fit my face correctly and was advised to retrun them. I did with absolutely no problem for a different pair. I am so happy with this company and their friendly, helpful staff. I have told all my friends about how satisfied I am.

So excited about Simply Eyeglasses having my frames/glasses I needed do to my bridge broke on my other glasses. I called many places to find this model of glasses and everyone else had discontinued the model. I had just had my lenses done for the frames and needed the exact same frames to fit my prescription. When I called the customer service rep was so helpful in checking to see IF they had them available as the model had been cancelled. She found three pair left and was thankful the color I wanted was one of the three. Very friendly and enthusiastic customer service and would totally recommend to everyone to shop Simply Eyeglasses for your eye-wear. Thank you so much!

I have to be honest, I was pretty nervous to order eyeglasses on line. The initial reason I even entertained ordering on line was I was able to find the designer frames I had seen for a fraction of the costs. I was diligent in making sure I was able to provide all the necessary information to complete the order. I even called them to make sure I was doing it correctly. I initially omitted the anti-glare on the lenses, wow that was a huge mistake! But I called them within a couple days and they were wonderful to walk me through the return process.. when they got them back they recheck the RX to make sure the problem I was having was not in regards to anything incorrect on their end. The turn around time in receiving the glasses after the anti glare was added was was two days! I couldn’t have asked for more helpful staff.. I called on a Saturday morning and got ahold of a lady (Allison?) who was so very helpful and she forwarded my concerns to my next contact, Cindy. Cindy was not only helpful, but she was kind, caring and compassionate...they all were truly AMAZING!!! Thank you Simply Eyeglasses for a GREAT experience for a fraction of the costs.

I can't say enough how exceptional their customer service is, specially a woman named Cindy. I was leaving on vacation and broke my glasses by accident the day before. I have an old backup pair, but I was leaving for a work trip the day after I got back, and they would look a bit silly for that. I went to every eyeglass store I could find, and everyone needed a written prescription, which I couldn't get because it was the weekend. I submitted my order and sent a Hail Mary email to customer service explaining my situation and hoping someone would care. Thankfully Cindy got my email. We emailed back and forth the entire week, with her reaching out to the frame supplier and giving me constant updates. Because of Cindy I was able to receive my new glasses just in time for my work trip!

I online shop more than I'm proud to admit, and I can say that customer service has become a rarity. Cindy very easily could have ignored my email or said it wasn't possible, which I probably would have very sadly accepted, but instead she jumped through multiple hoops to make this possible for me. Because of this experience I will absolutely be recommending Simply Eyeglasses to all my family and friends, and will be back to purchase all my glasses going forward :)

In my case, I'd lost my (new...of course) eyeglasses, and was in dire need. The service I received is incredible - my rep asked great questions, followed up with internal and vendor resources, and shared with me a way to quickly return to the land of the seeing.

I ordered rimless eyeglasses from SimplyEyeglasses.com and the glasses I got were great. I ordered Silhouette rimless glasses, and with rimless glasses, the drill holes have to match up perfectly on both lens, otherwise they will be crooked on the face. Other places I have tried, didn't do a great job drilling, but mine from simplyEyeglasses arrived perfect. I couldn't be more happier. Plus, simplyeyeglasses allows you to choose multiple lens sizes. So if you need a 52 mm wide lens they can make it, without a problem. Other places only gave you one option. I will be ordering another pair next month!! Oh yea, I paid $200 less than what I would have had to pay locally for the same glasses! Double win for me :-)

Received my glasses and just cannot say enough about how great they look, feel, and the progressive lens are perfect. This is the first time to ever order prescription glasses on line. Not only did I save money, the frames were of high quality. I will definitely order more in the future. Customer service was beyond helpful and this is very important to me. Last year I was searching for a particular frame and they had it online at SimplyEyeglasses.com for a great price. Turns out they were out of stock and the manufacturer wasn't making that style any longer so I canceled my order. One of their employees, Tracy, went out of her way and found a pair with one their reps and called me to let me know. Not only are the prices very competitive but the customer service is outstanding.

Just received my fourth pair of glasses from Simply Eyeglasses.
This last pair was a rimless progressive eyeglass. Not only was the frame beautiful but the progressive lens was lined up perfectly, just as the last three pair were. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.
The first time you order on-line can be a little scary, especially if you have progressive lenses, but I can assure you that you will be very pleased with the results.

Called next day to let me know glasses backordered with company. Asked if I wanted to cancel , said yes money was returned same day. Great customer service!!!

I cannot express how happy I am with the experience I had with Simply Eyeglasses. I was lucky to work with one of the owners, Cindy, who treated me with more care and attention than I have received in a brick and mortar establishment. The saying "you don't know what you don't know" was so very true and Cindy made sure that my glasses would be perfect for me - and they are! Not only did she research the frames that were most like the ones I had (but could no longer wear since my Westie puppy chewed them) but had them delivered to her so she could confirm that they were the frames for me and sent me a photo of them, but she made sure I had them prior to making a trip which was almost a miracle given the short turn around time. Nothing short of magic and I have been and will continue to recommend Simply Eyeglasses to my friends and family and all the people I don't know who compliment me on my glasses! You don't need to look any further for a superior product with superior customer service!

Found on-trend frames through Simply Eyeglasses and had a fashionable pair of glasses made up. Most eyewear shops that have great prices only offer last season's frames. SE can get you the the latest styles. My RX was perfect-crystal clear! Thank you Cindy and all the staff at Simply Eyeglasses.

Our family has been ordering prescription glasses and sunglasses from SimplyEyeglasses for several years. Their friendly customer service is beyond excellent! They are quick to answer questions via email/phone, and go the extra mile to see that you are taken care of. We have always been impressed with the quality of the product and the service of the company, and will continue to use their services in the future.

We purchased glasses there which were affordable and decent quality with one of the more expensive anti-reflective coatings. Two to three years later, the coating was peeling off and incredibly difficult to see through. Having had glasses for over 20 years, I've never experienced anything like this.

Apparently, this was a fluke and we were eventually able to have the lenses replaced at a discounted rate.

I have ordered from them twice now & both times have been a happy customer, although my most recent order too longer than anticipated. Overall a good eye/sunglasses company, good customer service and good quality products at a reasonable prices. : )

I wanted a pair of Ziggy frames that was hard to find. I saw on the Simply Eyeglasses website that they are able to find frames. I called and within 5 minutes Tracy had called the vendor and located my dream frames! Initially I was only going to purchase the frames and have my RX lenses prepared locally. I had been warned that my lenses would be hard to get dispensed correctly because I am "sensitive" with a high Rx and bifocals. I spoke with Cindy at Simple Eyeglasses and she said she was confident that they could fill my Rx and b/c of the 100% refund return policy I took the chance. When my beautiful Zigs arrived my eyesight was perfect! I didn't even need a local adjustment. I saved several hundred dollar going this route. This was my first online glasses purchase and I am thrilled with my glasses!
