Excellent service as always, cheaper than most online retailers and very prompt delivery, my only minor gripe is having to use PayPal to complete the transaction! But I can't really complain as this site has saved me a lot of money over the years.

I was looking for a dvd box set of a tv series and if I'm honest was surprised to find it available at Simply Games. I was even more surprised at the price which was far better than any of the other companies offering the set. I ordered the set on the Sunday afternoon and it arrived the following Tuesday morning via Royal Mail (which I much prefer as if I'm not in I can collect at my local sorting office), so fantastic timing. I'll be using Simply Games for my first port of call for future dvd purchases.

Really quick delivery and the items purchased all arrived in working order and as described.

Bought HFW it was advertised as having bonus DLC. When it arrived there was no code or DLC included. Contacted customer services twice and no reply. First and last time I'm using this company.

As always, this is my first choice website to go for in order to purchase games. I have nothing but good things to say, the games are always cheaper than other sites and the super fast delivery is second to none.

Simply Games sent out my pre order game on day of release and I have always found them to be a very reliable company, I have bought from them many times before and would highly recommend them. I would like to thank them for the wonderful job that they do, and I will be back to buy more games in the future.

I always receive perfect service from SimplyGames. All orders arrive on time. I have had items damaged in transit (once or twice over about 40 orders), and SimplyGames were more than happy to help with with a solution, which is great customer service.

Have used simply games for a while now, I should have left this review a long time ago.

My most recent order was placed at 11am on a Monday, dispatched by 3pm same day and arrived next morning. This always happens with simply games, they have astounding speed and reliability, very well priced games too. I wouldn’t use anywhere else all the time simplygames are going. Brilliant service, never ever had an issue.

I have been using Simply Games for years now and have never really had any issues with them. They're reliable and I always get my order in a couple of days. The prices can fluctuate from time to time but they're mostly competitive and I nearly always end up buying from them instead of Amazon.

Always a top service! Prices are great, and delivery is always prompt. Can't fault them at all. Only thing that would improve them would be using a cashback scheme, but that's only because I'm tight!

Pre ordered Elden Ring game didn’t turn up on release date came next day which I can forgive however tried getting on the website to view account and track my order and they had took the site down for maintenance conveniently on the biggest game release of the year so far, made me feel this company was I trust worthy as said received the game day after the release but would probably not us again due to sketchy behaviour.

Ordered elden ring which came a day late. They cancelled my preorder of gran turismo 7 with no explanation.Still do not reply to any emails ,so need to do something about customer services.

Go Straight is a fantastic look back at the side scrolling beat em up genre, clearly made with love of the genre and filled with interesting information about each game, and showing off the games with screenshots and enemy sprite art.
