Very hardworking broker, Shelagh tried her best got AIP within hour despite my case was difficult answered all queries.

Worked with Simply to secure a mortgage recently. Great team, responsive and knowledgeable, as well as friendly and approachable.

Mortgage offer secured in 3/4 weeks by Alex and Jackie, they did all the leg work and I just had to supply the information. Both made themselves available as often as needed to answer questions and provide advice.

Approached simply as we had a slightly complex mortgage case, Alex Wright was superb initially and got us in place to progress further with an application. Kerry Bates our case manager was excellent in ensuring we had all necessary documents, and chased up lenders when they were stalling.
We pick up the keys to our new home on Friday, delighted is an understatement.

a simple enquiry on their website (where you can pick the option to not be contacted via phone and also not to contact me for a month whilst i ponder the results) resulted in unsolicited phone calls and emails stating I had to speak to them to find my initial results as they would not share via email! Despite them stating they do on their website. Add to that the fact that their first email (that addresses me with my first name! we are not mates so address me correctly like you are trying to sell me something!) broke two of their initial claims, proving them to be a very untrustworthy company, will not be dealing with them for my queries.

We got a mortgage and moved to our new home. We could not get a mortgage anywhere else other than through simply lending. No matter how your credit file is or any major issues with it, Please please try these people. they are absolutely brilliant from start to finish. I cannot thank them enough for their service!

We had been let down by another broker after we believed we had a mortgage in principle set up, it being pulled on a Friday. It was a last ditch attempt when Michael responded but he was open and honest with the situation which helped greatly as I wasn't in a good place that evening! Michael managed to arrange an alternative mortgage in principle and even emailed late on Friday evening to keep us up to date with what was going on, massively helping our anxiety in the situation.

Senita picked up from here and was brilliant at keeping us updated and chasing to finalise the mortgage offer, remaining professional despite our nervousness after previous mortgage experience.

Thanks to the whole team we are now well on a way for a move in date come March, would highly recommend.
