We are truly sorry that the current circumstances caused by the UK leaving the EU have resulted in us not being able to offer our products to customers outside the UK. It is our aim to work on a solution going forward as we would love to offer our products to all of our loyal customers - whether they are in the UK or abroad. The decision to stop offering international shipping has been heavyhearted and we do hope that we will be able to resume this service once it is feasible for companies like ours to do so. Regarding the statement 'you are the only European Retailer' we want to kindly advise that this is not the case. As much as we would love to sell you the product in question we have to ask you to check local or inter-European retailers. We are unable to offer further advise in this matter but we hope you will be able to find the product you are after eventually.

I am leaving a five star review to Simply Pleasure for their service. I ordered goods and they arrived on time and in good order. The item was in good order. This is not a five star review for the actual product. The product itself is fine. It does what any other product of this type does. The product was hyped up and not worth 5 stars itself. But Simply Pleasure was a good company to order from.

However looking into this we cannot identify any feedback related to us as a company, to a product you have ordered from us or a service you have received from us. As this entire review is based on the service you have experienced with the Royal Mail we would have to ask you to raise this with your local Delivery Office. We are unable to comment on any processes the Royal Mail is following when an order cannot be delivered - this maybe the case when the recipient is not at home or there are access issues. It is indeed not acceptable that any items are opened in transit or when stored in a depot.

Looking into your order we can see that you have placed the order on a Tuesday evening and as per our Ts & Cs (also stated within the order process) any order placed before 2pm can and will be processed same day. In your case this would have meant the earliest we would have been able to process your order was on the next working day. As this was the case and your order was sent via Next Day Delivery Service (Royal Mail - Tracked 24) your order has reached you as promised on the following day.

We are devastated to hear that the box was damaged when it was delivered. We would have truly appreciated further communication from your end as you have multiple options to get in touch with us to raise any concerns or complaints. After an internal investigation we have seen that you have contacted us prior to leaving this feedback but there was no mentioning regarding the damaged box or any missing instructions. Please be advised that we can always discuss such matters and provide you with any support needed and offer you assistance/help to set things right.

Please do not hesitate and reply to our previous email correspondence and attach some images of the box - we will happily discuss options in order to resolve any issues and make this experience you have made so far more pleasant and satisfying. I ordered 3 things, 2 turned up, 1 did not, I emailed and had refund processed same day as they wasn’t gonna be with me for a further week, that was after waiting three days for next day delivery

That it has come to this with your order is indeed very inconvenient and disappointing. It is not our intention to provide you with any excuse however we wish to clarify that at the time you have ordered the product in question we had sufficient stock available. Due to logistical reason we were unaware off at the time when processing your order it has come to our attention that the item in question was in fact not available. It is certainly not ideal that we have failed to provide you with the product but I can see that we have been able to open a conversation via email with you and we were able to provide you with the well-deserved refund in a timely manner.

no communication, did not arrive as promised

zero out of five! i had no idea my purchase had even gone through. i have yet to even receive an order confirmation email from the team. i was told there would be same or next day dispatch, and 8 days later, i haven’t heard a SINGLE thing. i understand the holidays are hectic, but why take someone’s payment, promise a timeline you can’t meet, without even confirming the order has gone through? and now i’m being asked to leave a review and i STILL haven’t heard if or when my order is going through.
