This supplier is very good, You can place an order one day and get it delivered in no more than 3 Days. It is packaged discreetly so that no one knows what they are delivering. and their products are cheaper than anywhere else that I know of and they do what they are supposed to do.

Misleading packaging
I received my order but according to the on the box I should have received a free item included inside. This item was missing with the obvious space inside. I was advised that the manufacturer had stopped including this free item but the boxes hadn’t been changed.

As we do not advertise any additional 'freebies' the manufacturer may have added to a product this review should have reflected the overall experience regarding the customer service or the product itself as we believe the decision to purchase this product was not based on the possibility of getting any 'freebies'.
We do receive products that may contain additions chosen by the manufacturer. Those are only advertised on very rare occasions. In your case it would have been a small bottle of lubricant which either was no longer provided by the manufacturer or had to be removed because it was out of date.
We would not be able to change the packaging or request new/updated packing from the manufacturer. We are sorry that this has caused you such distress and we hope that the product has been to your full satisfaction. In case you do wish to discuss this further or there is anything else you feel needs to be done please let us know. We can forward your feedback accordingly.

According to our records one of the ordered items was unfortunately out of stock. We do apologise for this and this should indeed not happen. In very rare circumstances an item is shown as being in stock but due to incorrect stock levels this item is unavailable. This is indeed very inconvenient and we understand that this is not satisfactory.
Our records show that an email had been sent in order to inform you what options there are to set things right. After a phone call you were informed that a requested refund for the out of stock item had been granted and processed successfully. As this was the option chosen by yourself we are uncertain why the customer services have been rated 'unhelpful' as the issue got resolved.
As we understand that you do not wish to our services again we would like to take the opportunity to let you know that we will certainly take your feedback serious and forward to the right department.
