Good cheap clothing but terrible communication
I purchased a simple kilt package direct on the website but after a week I was a little nervous that nothing had arrived. I send emails, tried the ebay contact and phoned. Got no response at all from any of them and started to wonder if the company existed. Thankfully the kilt arrived the other day but this is no way to build confidence in customers. Just a quick email would have saved all my worries.

Simply Scotland admits that there was a lack of good customer support for a while there, but this has been remedied now and we have a great team of support staff available by phone, email and live on-line chat client - Our office is open Monday - Friday 0900 - 1700 to answer and help with all enquiries.

Fantastic 10pce Kilt set
Fantastic service. Great product. I purchased the 10 pce Kilt set. Everything arrived well packaged. Only thing is kilt pleats held by 2 pieces of thread but no instructions say
ing these need to be cut off. I had it on at a wedding and it looked as great as the proper kilts. I now am going to wear it for the Kilt walk.
