total scam company DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
Returned me and my wife's snorkelling goggles and tubes as our holiday got cancelled and have been waiting for 3 months for a refund. At first they kept ignoring me and telling me i sent it to the wrong place, but this is not possible because they gave me the returns label. Eventually after 2 months they said they will look into it. Now they are telling me they need a "full" receipt from me to process it with royal mail. I have sent them one million times the full receipt which i got from the post office. They still do not refund me and its been 3 months. Now I have to do a chargeback. Also their phone number totally does not work. I have tried to contact anyone at all by phone in this company and it ALWAYS says there is no one available. Worst online shopping experience EVER. DO NOT USE THIS SHOP IF YOU WANT TO SAVE YOUR OWN SANITY !!
