We have been using your products for years. We are very happy with the quality of your products, the competitive prices and the good customer service team. The reason I give 3 stars instead of 5 stars (which I normally do) are I ordered some products (7 orders in total) recently for my parents and this is my first time to use your French website. The result is I only received one order instead of 7 and it took a long time to reach the destination, but you will post the rest of the products. Over all Simply supplements is a trusted company. We will keep on using your products and will highly commend family and friends about your products.

P.S. can you tell me why there is such a difference between the UK and French websites? eg Glucosamine Sulphate 1000mg N° S130 - UK price £9-59 and the French is €20-75 (both based on normal price)

Only part of my order was delivered, albeit within 5 days - but no notification was provided regarding the balance.
When I phoned to inquire [February 29], I was referred to a senior person [female] who advised me that the remaining ordered products were 'out of stock'!
She did however, offer & seemingly did substitute alternative products, that were acceptable to me.
Nevertheless, since that time, I have not received any advice that these products had been actually shipped, and as of this date, I am yet to receive them!
In summary - not inclined to order further product from Simply Supplements!
Your urgent attention to my concern will be appreciated.

It is too early to tell if the chondroitin and glucosomine tablets are helping with my dogs mobility, but I was so disappointed in the delay in the delivery, I ordered the tablets on the 14th October but didn't receive them until the 30th, by which time I had had to purchase other tablets for my dog.

I've only ordered once but can't fault the delivery time.

Initially, I was sceptical about the benefits I was likely to get from taking Menapol, but several friends had recommended it and I was becoming so fed up with my hot flushes, mood swings and bad night's sleep that I thought it had to be worth giving it a try. Three weeks ago I received my order of 120 Menapol tablets from Simply Supplements and my menopausal symptoms have virtually disappeared. I have no hesitation in recommending these capsules to anyone suffering from similar problems. They really do work.
