The whole experience was smooth and efficient, Rafi explained the process clearly and everything went perfectly. The website / upload portal is easy to use and meant that I was able to get my Supervised-Test easily and quickly. 10/10 service overall and would recommend for other people.

I emailed before actually ordering the recovery certificate with a few questions and the emails were responded to straight away and they were very helpful.
When I ordered I had my certificate through in just over an hour.

Simple and quick
I had no issues completing the lateral flow test, everything was easy - the instructions were simple to follow and the certificate confirming negative results came within promised 6 hours. I was not asked to present the certificate at arrival to the country, therefore I cannot comment anything about it. But overall, the process is very clear.
