Amazing & quick onboarding process - very friendly and helpful account managers/customer team!

I have been with Simply VAT for a couple of years now and they have really helped me lately come to grips with all the new rules and abbrieviations. Abhay in particular was very kind and helpful navigating me through the (painful and confusing) new rules since leaving the EU. Abhay understands the pressures small companies like mine are under and was so patient with me. I really felt that he genuinely wanted to help and get the matter resolved. Customer service was excellent.

simplyVAT has been very helpful throughout the process, a special shout out to Anna (our onboarding manager) and Jessie (our client manager). Our case is slightly more complicated due to the existence of crowdfunding, but Anna has been patiently addressing all our concerns, getting references from their technical team, and ultimately answered all our questions, and ensuring we are registering at the right countries and right period!

Anna and Jessie always answer questions on a timely basis, and when I use the term "answer", meaning they are really resolving the question, not merely responding.

It has been a great pleasure working with simplyVAT so far. Professional, friendly and helpful!

SimplyVAT is a very professional company, they are always helpful when you need them or have a question dealing with international tax authorities. We have been their customer for over 3 years now and never had any issues.

I paid for my VAT deregistration since three months, but I still did not get any confirmation for that. Not professional.

Had scheduled a 15 minutes Skype call with them, but nobody showed up. Very unprofessional. If they canceled the meeting, they should have told.

Simply VAT have prepared our EU VAT returns for a number of years now and have always provided great service. (We had used others in the past and had bad experiences, KPMG and Avalara) Simply VAT provide a professional and efficient service. Also I would like to make a Special mention that Elke has helped us with problems we had importing a container into DE post Brexit, nothing was too much trouble for her. Would definitely recommend.

I set up with Simply VAT to help with historical issues my current accountant could not help with, and begin our European registrations.
They have been patient at every step and explain everything in layman's terms. Other services often neglect you after on boarding especially as a small business, however with a year on and communication is still as quick and thorough as day 1.

They helped me set up and register my Hong Kong Company for VAT (and got my company an EORI) - I'm based in Australia so it's a complicated set up.

The support is first class and extremely proactive (thank you Hannah!)

I was just audited by the HMRC and the team helped navigate the waters effortlessly (came out unscathed - phew!) The HMRC claimed I owed them over £7k - Hannah was able to demonstrate the company only owed £119 - hence this review - they deserve it.

Quarterly activity and EOFY submissions are reasonably priced.

Very helpful and timely advice via 2 X separate free 15 minute calls regarding UK VAT registration and the position regarding UK ecommerce sellers trading in the EU and Canada post the UK's exit from the EU. Very helpful and well informed and all explained in easy to understand language. Highly recommendable.
