We have always had top end experiences with Simpson Travel. Lovely destinations, perfect accommodation and helpful reps. Now planning what we can do next year!

This is the second time we’ve used Simpson Travel, and again we’ve experienced excellent service. The team are knowledgeable and friendly and the properties are always the best around! They listen to what you’re looking for and seem to know what to recommend. Highly recommend.

Simpson Travel is a truly up-market travel company.
They provided excellent service wherever they were involved. Shame Easyjet can't match the Simpson standards.

The best specialist tour operator out there. Simpson provide outstanding service and everything they arrange is well organised and runs like clockwork. They have a fantastic range of accommodation and many flight options, with things like private transfers included as standard.

Our first experience of holidaying with Simpson and it won't be the last! Everything was taken care of for us which meant the whole process ran smoothly and was totally hassle free. We would 100% recommend to anyone to give it a try - you will not be disappointed!
The hardest decision is choosing which of the fabulous locations to visit.

Excellent service at all points of holiday - booking, airport, transfers, concierge and hotel service. Absolutely brilliant company, hotel and island. A quiet and peaceful location, excellent for a private and relaxing honeymoon.

Returning for our second stay at Villa Afrodite in Greece we experienced the most peaceful, warm in both temperature and hospitality and picturesque two weeks. The 2 storey Villa sits within beautifully tended gated gardens along with two larger villas. The outlook is spectacular overlooking Varko Bay and the islands of Lefkada, Meganisi, Kalamos and Kostos. Quite simply a landscape you can only dream of and will certainly never tire of.
Simpson looked after us from start to finish. Yiannis our Simpson Concierge was on call to secure you the best table at the best restaurants and book the most memorable skippered boat trip.
We have used Simpsons many times as they quite simply cannot be beaten on quality, location and service.
We used the Simpson App this year which is so detailed and includes travel documents, live flight information, local maps and information (shops, restaurants etc) as well as a Countdown to your holiday. There is even a space to save your personal memories and photos. Such a useful tool.

Simpson Travel make everything involved in booking a holiday so seamless; from attention to detail in travel to the fab destinations and care while you are there to another level. Everyone we met with Simpson was superb.

Simpson Travel couldn’t do enough to help us, from staff in England, to staff in Corfu. Very friendly when needed and hugely knowledgeable about Corfu.

Wonderful villa in the perfect location within walking distance to the village, yet peaceful and with incredible views. The booking process and all after sales support from Simpson was excellent.

Top-end service and exquisite villas. Friendly and helpful managers, quick to anticipate or solve any problems, respected by the locals and highly appreciated by their guests.

From booking the holiday, through to the day of travel and the 2 weeks of being away, the whole experience of using Simpson Travel in terms of knowledge, and understanding what makes a great holiday, this firm have all bases covered.

A wonderful villa in a great beach location.

A lovely villa, walking distance to a very quiet beach and lovely tavernas. The local town was pretty, small and the local people were lovely. Great place for complete r&r

We will never use Simpson Travel again, I feel they purposely misled, and that they withheld information that would have meant we would have cancelled our holiday and rebooked elsewhere.

We booked a holiday to “The Eden Collection - Villa Maya in Kalkan, Turkey” with Simpson Travel believing that we were booking with an experienced and trustworthy travel agency after reviewing their website and their many pictures of the villa. They’ve been operating in Kalkan for many years and have a local representative there.

We booked this holiday on 7th January 2025 to depart on the 8th June 2025. I was contacted by Simpson Travel on the 4th June to advise that there had been a construction that would “obstruct some aspects of the current view from Villa Maya” which they had known about since mid-April 2025. They had obviously withheld this information until 4 days before we departed leaving me no option to do anything but continue with our holiday.

I believe they purposely withheld this information because in the email they stated “Had we known about this sooner, we would have contacted you immediately.” but they knew in Mid-April, so could have contacted me nearly 2 months earlier, but didn't. As they have a representative in Kalkan (a very small town) and a good relationship with the owner of the Villa I can’t imagine how they would not have known earlier that this building work was completed.

While they have very updated their photos on the website, they have been very careful to hide the building works behind plant pots and take the photos from angles that minimize the impact of this messy building site. These building works will progress, and the view will be further blocked.

After we complained about this lack of transparency, we were given a very small credit with restrictions of where we could use it which didn’t compensate at all for the ruined view. When we tried to use this via the local concierge we had further problems where it wasn’t applied to our restaurant visit in one instance, and when we tried to use this to pay for our transfer they altered our transfer booking meaning we were delayed leaving the villa for the airport by 30mins while we had to sort this problem ourselves causing more stress.

Efficient and helpful from beginning to end. Simpsons made everything easy which is some feat when organising a holiday for 14 Family members aged 2 to 70!

Another wonderful holiday at the Kalkan Regency, superbly organised by Simpson Travel. Their communication and customer service is excellent.

Simpson Travel was perfect from booking through to travel and the whole holiday experience. Staff were on hand at all points of travel and at the villa the concierge was on hand whenever we had a question. Villa was immaculate in every way and couldn't recommend them enough.

The best experience, not just with a travel company, but with any company, that we’ve had for a long time. Everything was easy - the booking process through to the holiday itself, with dedicated staff in each location who were friendly, courteous and amazingly efficient. The properties were as described (gorgeous interiors and stunning views), the transfers and car hire were made very easy and we had a wonderful time.

We stayed at a lovely villa in Kefalonia, which was beautifully decorated throughout, and the view from the pool was absolutely breathtaking!

The holiday was made even better by the amazing Karen at Simpson Travel, who made our experience completely effortless. Her local knowledge is invaluable, and her thoughtful attentive approach made us feel so welcomed and cared for.

Would definitely recommend, and hopefully will use Simpson Travel again!
