If any of the items you received are no longer wanted or do not meet your expectations, providing these still have the tags attached and have been unwashed and unworn, please contact our customer service so that they can initiate your return process for a refund.
We will then have them refunded for you in full once they reach our warehouse.

I would’ve given it 5 stars for the style and quality. I’ve given it 4 because when I ordered it the size options were 8/10 or 12/14. I’m a small size 12, so ordered 12/14. However when the products arrived they were M/L. Had I known this was the size I would’ve ordered the smaller size, which I know would’ve fitted. Because of the styles, although the they are a bit big, I can wear them so it’s not worth paying the postage to return them. Of course some brands do come up smaller but I think this is a chance you take when ordering on line.
