Stress-free transaction, accurate explanation of the packaging, quick receipt of the image, the time of receipt could be set to 3-4 hours, because it is not possible to wait 8-9 hours at home, but otherwise a very good experience.

The whole process from start to finish was flawless. Natalia kept me informed and provided shipping label on time. She deserves 5 stars for her efforts.

I was informed of the sell and quickly packaged and uploaded details and photos in my back office. It then took several days for the shipping documents to appear.
This is understandable but as i wrote back to the logistics manager to ask about it they ignored my queries leaving me wondering what to expect. This is a trend with Singulart; the more automated you become the less personable and attentive you are. You may cite your growing number of artists but I have been with you since the beginning and have tracked the decline. I have been on Saatchi even longer; they charge only 35% commission, do not require their artists to pay subscription fees and have quicker more consistent support . When we started working together I was very pleased by how real you were and recommended you to artists and collectors. I am no longer inspired to do so.

Chiara's style pleased me ... the paintings purchased were colorful, strong, mysterious, full of expression and symbolism.
Singulart on its turn provided an excellent service, fast and to the point.

The painting is striking and it arrived in good time and very well packaged. The artist personalized the experience with a handwritten note an a small, additional painting as a gift.
