This has been the worst week ever in terms of logistics and shipping paperwork. The logistics staff made a mistake in providing the sender's Gmail contact information, preventing DHL from contacting the sender to obtain the necessary documents, resulting in the package being held for over a week.

Another problem: an artwork intended for the US was shipped to Germany for framing, and couldn't clear customs in Leipzig, Germany. The package is at risk of being returned to the sender, causing significant complications.

You need someone who can handle this logistics process well. I've been selling on Singulart since 2020 and have never had such a bad experience.

Gorgeous painting

The part handled by Singulart was pretty convenient. However the delivery service company was not that helpful not informing of pick up hours, which is not convenient at all. They just come whenever they come (in terms of an hour) which may not be handy for the sender, who cannot sit and await their arrival throughtout the day

A very reliable online gallery, with good service in communication and delivery. I highly recommend Singulart if you are looking for a beautiful work of art.For me as an artist, working with Singulart is very successful. They promote my work very professionally on a beautiful website. Many works have found their way to collectors. The sales process is well guided and handled very supportend. Singulart is the number ONE to work with for me.

Clear explanation of what to do on sending an arrtwork.and quick response to questions

I have been on Singulart since March of this year (GOLD tariff), and I absolutely love it here! The platform provides excellent tools: the detailed statistics allow us to see views, countries, traffic, and exactly which paintings collectors are adding to their wishlists.

My assistant and I have been working hard these past few months, and the result is amazing — we have already sold 2 paintings! Our investment paid off very quickly. A huge part of this success goes to the Singulart team. They are always in touch, incredibly polite, proactive, and they do everything they can to ensure our success.

There was a set pick up time the guy never came for the package. I couldn’t reach anyone in the afternoon. Till later next morning. Tried to reach out to all I can for that reason multiple answers came back. I said I will send it my self then but another line set up a new pickup time. I just realized it in time before I took it my self and the guy showed up. It be easier if there is a phone connection as well this time if needed. It’s my first time so I didn’t exactly know either how to do everything.

I did not find paying for this service helpful in any way. Although i received many likes and additions to wish lists it did not amount to any sales. I’d did not want to renew my yearly subscription but it automatically renewed. The “fine print” about this was not easily seen and even though i picked this up only 2 days after the renewal happened i was stuck paying for another year….ARtists, BE CAREFUL when joining this website…i would definitely not recommend joining!
