I ordered a Sister Jane dress from Zalando, but Zalando forgot to include the belt and couldn’t help me as the dress was already sold out. In the meantime I reached out to Sister Jane customer service to ask if they might be able to help. To my surprise they sent me a belt they still had in stock, asking only for the shipping costs. They kept me updated throughout in the kindest and most professional way. This was far beyond what I expected and truly the best customer service I have ever experienced. Thank you, Sister Jane!

Wow! Not enough superlatives to describe the excellent customer service. Maria was quick to respond to my delivery address error & could not do enough to ensure that the order was prioritised. The correspondence was friendly and personal . Not only are the dresses a stylised feast, the customer service is outstanding. When I am next in London to visit my daughter, a visit to the Townhouse to savour the whole experience is a must!

When the bow to my dress was unfortunately misplaced by the dry cleaner, I thought it would be impossible to replace. I lost a heart -shaped button of my beloved first Sister Jane dress. I wrote the customer service. They helped immediately - the heart shaped buttons were no longer availabe, but they managed to get me a full set of buttons covered in the same material as the dress, so that I can replace all of them.

It all started a few years back when I purchased a long summery gingham dress via ASOS and since then, I have been quite a regular costumer (especially this past year, I have been buying directly from their website). The shipping is SUPER prompt, at least in my case being based in London. Same with returns when things do not fit, and their customer service looks after you very well.

$46 in return fees to send back one blouse that weighs nothing??? Not worth the return fees. The clothing is meh and not worth purchasing if you have anything to return and I did— I found the items I ordered to use sub-par fabrics and styles are not as pictured. I learned the hard way. Hard Pass on this brand

I have shopped with Sister Jane several times now, great quality and gorgeous, whimsical vibes all round!
This is the first time I ran into an issue where I entered my delivery address incorrectly. I was concerned as the item had complementary next day delivery so once the order was placed I had limited time to try and rectify the error. I reached out to their customer experience team and the wonderful Mia was quick to respond and fix the typo for me. The delivery wasn’t delayed and it’s going to the correct address - thank you Mia and Team!
