GREAT CUSTOMER SUPPORT. I initially purchased freelancer website from other platform but the support was bad when error was encountered. So I purchased another freelancer theme (Project Theme) from Sitemile and the features are great and works perfectly. The Sitemile has livechat which helps in addressing concerns instantly. I also paid for customization works, and ANDREW is very knowledgeable and addressed every single concerns until client is fully satisfied. I recommend Sitemile for those just starting out in web development like me.

I hired this company to make modifications to my website. I was impressed with good implementation of my requests and high quality work.

We bought the auction theme about 18 months ago and have found its functionallity and performance to be very dependable. The client we work with has high expectations and always wants things done yesterday and therefore in turn the requests we put to Sitemile always need a quick turnaround.

Amazing team, amazing job they have done for our customer. The customer was using hebrew language, so their themes and setup works with rtl too

The themes are absolutely fabulous, and the support is great. I had absolutely no issue with either ones. The thing that they can improve (maybe thats a little biased) they can add more options and increase their prices

I really liked the way they have handled the custom website i ordered from them. I got most of my issues solved in very fast time. The only issue i had was the first import i tried to do with the demo data, with the all in one plugin. It turned out it was an issue with my hosting limiting the amount of memory i can use , but they solved this issue for me. I was able to come back at my hosting provider and they increased the size. Now it works! So make sure you have good capacity on the server. All the good words for the sitemile team which did their absolute best to support my crazy requests.

Also the pricerr theme is very rich in features and i was able to setup my marketplace with ease. Its true that they did customisation work on it, since i needed something different. I paid extra for that but the work is absolutely great!

Send in full spec and requirements back in October 2020 was told website and app would be completed within 6-8 weeks,

Still waiting now for all requirements to be completed deadline dates that never materialize and using covid as an excuse and deciding to have days off instead of completing our work required.

believe this to be a one man band and if you search the name Andrei Saioc you will find out I am not the only one and getting told this is someone else.

They pacifically put delay you until your debit/credit card charge back date expires then do nothing.

My business is now at a standstill and clients have left due to these due to fake promises.

Stay away from these crooks

We purchased the PRO version of their Pricerr theme. At this point, I can not recommend the purchase of this product. While the theme has potential it clearly has far too many bugs and you will simply not be able to have a functioning product. It's incredibly faulty and customer support is lacking in empathy and action. You should look for other themes for your project.
