Wonderful experience with Sitewizard from start to finish. Jasmine and Joanna always responded incredibly fast to any of our questions or requests and made the whole process very easy for us. Jasmine in particular was amazing at taking note of all our changes and making our vision become a reality. We really appreciate the advice given to us throughout the process also. Would defiantly recommend.

I've been with Site Wizard for 15 odd years now and have been very impressed. They made an excellent website (aldbar) for us and the maintenance is spot on. They respond to emails within the hour, which I find crucial.

Well where do I start with this company…..how about I start by saying 5 stars is nowhere near enough.
I have been dealing with site wizard for a number of years now,from the fabulous Becky designing my website to the equally fabulous Poppy getting it up and running and over the line.
I could never have got this far without them.
One of my pet hates in life is poor communication skills,not an issue with site wizard,whatever my concern or issue is there is always a response by the end of the day,at the very least by email but more often than not by personal call,that’s what sets site wizard above all the other companies I’ve tried.
I’m trying to grow my business,we all are.
We all want success,site wizard will make it happen.
As already mentioned in this review I’ve been dealing with the excellent and super helpful Becky and Poppy and I’d never have gotten this far without them.
I dare say there are others in the site wizard team working behind the scenes on my behalf,but can’t really comment on that as we’ve never spoke,but what I do know is that if your looking to take your business to the next level pick up the phone and speak to Becky or Poppy
It’s what I did all those years ago and I was so fortunate it was Becky that took my call.

I was starting out in business and I knew exactly what I wanted and I had contacted a few other website developers and SEO experts in Kent who were telling me it would cost me RIDICULOUS amounts of money like £12-15k for a website alone and then that my SEO campaign would start at £500 per month! Who has this kind of money when they are first starting out!

They were obviously thinking I was a very small fish in a very large sea and not worth getting out of bed for! That is what they made me feel like and I lost hope for a while as 4 or 5 of them kept on making me feel inferior. I was very down and felt defeated!

Then I spoke to the lovely Becky at Sitewizard in Maidstone and wow wow wow!!!! What a life changer that was. She listened to my story and what I wanted and she didn't just hear me she actually LISTENED! She even sounded upset and frustrated at how the other companies had treated me and she was on a mission to help me and get my business off the ground from that point onwards. Well.....24 hours later I had all the information she needed and she was working hard behind the scenes to create, what I believe to be, THE MOST AMAZING WEBSITE I HAVE EVER SEEN! Not only did this happen within 2 weeks and everything I had asked was addressed on the website but I also got lots of contact and support along the way. I have asked for SEO with my website which is a fair price and nothing like £500 per month lol! I do not have to re-mortgage my house to pay for SEO lol!

I know this sounds silly but Becky filled me with the confidence I needed and the day she rang me we were chatting for 45 minutes and really got on. After speaking to her I felt so happy and confident and no longer did I feel like a small fish in a large sea! I felt I had been provided with the best VIP service and indeed very important to their company. That's when I knew that I had made the right decision!

The support doesn't stop there as Becky has assured me we will be in contact as and when to assess the SEO and make sure I eventually make it on page one and I cannot wait for that day!
