Ordered stacker bracelet for my daughter. Was delivered in no time and can honestly say the pictures didn't do it justice. The bracelet is gorgeous and she was delighted. First class service and quality.

Very thin looked very cheap wasn’t worth £50 more like £10

I have to be honest, I wouldn’t usually write such a negative review but what I got sent was absolute tat!

I ordered a £20 secret Santa gift and it arrived late (I think this was dpd’s issue) not theirs, however when it arrived I already knew I would send it back as I had to order something separately because it hadn’t arrived in time. I opened it to see what it was and it was a tiny, plastic cheap bracelet. I didn’t expect anything amazing for £20 but what they sent honestly was just a piece of crap. You could buy something like that from Claire’s accessorises for £2/3. It was tiny and barely fit on my own wrist and I was completely shocked that they would charge £20 for that.

I would have been totally embarrassed to give it to someone for a secret Santa gift so save your money and don’t bother in future.

Customer service agent was incredibly rude and dismissive. I ordered a secret Santa gift for a colleague and they sent me a child’s plastic bracelet with sterling silver beads threaded on top of it, it looks like it came from Walmart or out of a £2.00 gumball machine. And it certainly doesn’t fit an adult woman!! I emailed asking for a refund and mentioned that it’s faulty and that I would be posting a review of the company and the customer service agent (or perhaps even the owner, which is so much worse for this company’s business!!) tried to reprimand me for complaining, outright lied to me trying to tell me that it wasn’t made of a plastic band and then sent me a form to return the item to them paying for full shipping and tried to block me from any further communication! Right on their return form it says that refunds are free for faulty items, and they are refusing to honor their own policy!! Do not buy from here!!!! You will be sorely disappointed and then treated with complete disrespect and gaslit because they don’t want to admit their own faults!!!

I’ve ordered a few items from here and each time I can’t fault the service. I purchased a beautiful initial ring for my friends 40th birthday and she was delighted with it. Well
Made and well packaged. Next day delivery too. Thanks again.

Emailed customer service about a faulty chain and just totally disregarded what I was saying and wanted me to send it back meaning I pay for recorded delivery to see if they can fix it when they admit they knew it was faulty before sending it to me. Dont see why I should have to send it back paying more money to wait for a refund to buy another one.

Amazing customer service from an advisor called Jen. She was really helpful and helped me from beginning to end and responded to all my queries really quickly. She went out of her way to make sure my order was as perfect as it could be! Can’t wait to see my engraved bracelet 🥰

Emailed customer service regarding discount code that wouldn't work. Got reply quickly and they sorted it from their end refunding me the difference immediately. Very please.

I placed an order online but made an error on the engraving, contacted SIWD that night and they were able to rectify my mistake and ensured they changed this in time. The delivery was so quick especially for engraving, order was placed Wednesday and I had my parcel by Friday.
Cannot fault SIWD for customer service and their amazing beautiful jewellery, I buy lots of gifts from here for myself, friends and family.
Had my diamond initial necklace for 2 years and still looks as fabulous as when I first got it.
