I needed to exchange a necklace and Lindsey was really helpful. Had a new one sent very quickly and I’m very pleased.

I had a lovely lady called Lindsay deal with my enquiry. I had ordered the wrong colour for my necklace and she was very helpful and efficient. She helped me change my order just in time for Mother’s Day.

My partner ordered me a necklace last September for my 30th birthday in October , I hadn’t worn it much as only wore it for going out so it stayed in the box . The necklace had started to tarnish so I emailed say it with diamonds to tell them . Lindsey is the lady who dealt with me and she was lovely and asked me to send the necklace back to them and she would refund me the cost of postage and with in the same day of receiving it she gave me an email to say they was sending me a new necklace back . She said it had tarnished with it being kept in the box it came in and with it not being in an air tight box. She also sent me a link on how to care for the necklace to stop this happening again . Excellent customer service can’t fault it at all . Still a bit disappointed that the necklace did start to tarnish after only 5 months though

I was given a wigned initial necklace as a gift, unfortunately the chain was to small, I emailed to ask if the replacement chains on the website would fit the initial as it looked wider and Lyndsay was very quick to get back to me with the answer.
Ordered a replacement chain immediately.

I wanted a personalised bracelet with my late dads handwriting on for myself, mum and sister. I couldn’t find one I liked and remembered that I have had the engraved heart bracelet with my children names on which is a beautiful bracelet. I emailed SIWD’s to see if this was possible. A lovely and very helpful lady called Lindsey emailed back advising it was possible but needed to check the photos to see if they was clear. Unfortunately the photo were my dad had written dad on was being emailed over too pixelated. Luckily there was another word I was having engraved on one side were they managed to use the D and A from that word to photoshop it to make it into dad. The service from Lindsey was amazing and so helpful. She was lovely and patient with me offering to do a test engraving so I could see how this would look. To get this type of service was incredible and really appreciated it. I cannot wait for my bracelets to arrive and to give them to my mum and sister on the 1 year anniversary of my dad.

Don’t buy from this website… I can’t tell you how cheap and tacky the jewellery is, they sent me the most awful ring that was thin and all bent and then claimed I had bent it trying to get it on… surely that can’t be possible if your jewellery is made to such an amazing standard you liars.

They then claimed she would send the photo of this awful bent ring over to the “bespoke manager” which made me laugh… it’s a little shop in Liverpool with four staff you are not “Tiffany’s” lol
I’ve now had to take legal action to get the money back for this disgrace of a product.

Please read the reviews properly, you will notice everyone is saying the same, I have never wrote a review before but I want to stop people making the same mistake as me, take it from me and buy from Thomas Sabo or Pandora or even Tiffany because you know you are getting quality then.

PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS AND DONT MAKE THE MISTAKE I DID

The necklace is beautiful and lovely packaging, the one thing im dissapointed about was getting a 15% off email as a new customer only then to be told you can't use on diamond products when majority of the products have diamonds. Rather misleading and a dissapointing from a new customer point of view

Ordered a ring a week ago but when I click the tracking link it still hasn’t been dispatched. Went into store yesterday to see what is happening, as their customer service team haven’t responded to my email, and was told that when I placed my order they had none in stock. So they have taken my money knowing they can’t dispatch. Store said there is nothing they can do. Essentially they have stolen my money.

Arrived quickly and beautifully packaged as always. A lovely piece of jewellery which looks good on. Their jewellery is so good keeps it colour and the price is so good can’t fault it
