Say it with Diamonds Reviews 

I bought a winged necklace as a birthday gift. Upon giving the gift, we saw the necklace was marked. We emailed and took the necklace to the shop where the lovely assistant try to clean it, but then exchanged the necklace.
The birthday left the shop a happy customer. Thank you 😘 😊

I am so impressed with the customer service from this place, I made a mistake with my order, not reading that you have a bit of a wait for the bespoke jewellery. It was going to arrive after I needed it. Alex and Sharon went out their way to help me exchange for items they had in stock. They were friendly and seemed more than happy to help. The jewellery, boxes and gift bags all look lovely I cant wait to give them to my daughter.

We popped in at 5:45pm (shutting time is 6pm) my wife need to get her necklace I bought her repaired they fixed it straight away with no issue. While there with my two boys I noticed they had the all Nomination bracelets I asked for one with couple of the plates to go with it Becky helped me put them together. Also I noticed kids could have them so bought my two boys some the girls said it’ll be a nice touch to swap links with the brothers. 🤩 it was then they also said about mums link swapping as all three had different colours. Black sliver and gold my wife and boys where over the moon so was I
It made our day thank you girls will

It seems like I am not the only one who has had issues with the quality of the jewellery. Having ordered a necklace online and receiving it completely tarnished, marked and unlike the font what was advertised, they told me they would get another one 'made' and i could swap it. I exchanged in store on the (24/7) - they had changed the font, I was happy. After having it on for 48 hours, after getting changed I noticed the initial had become misshapen. For something that I paid £200 I would not expect for it to be of a quality that could be misshapen/bent. I spoke to them via instagram to which they said it was not a manufacturing fault, it cannot have mishapen on its own (basically saying I had done it) and was rudely told it was not 'maybe it could have been something that you haven't realised, if you slept on it or anything like that'.

Firstly I would not complain about something if I had done it myself, secondly I do not like to be made out to be a liar. and 3rd I and many people on this earth sleep in necklaces/jewellery much cheaper than the'£200' quality, and have never ever had anything like this happen.

How can one company not be concerned with the reviews and experiences of their customers. One of many reviews I have just read in regards to the cheap quality of the items and things going wrong.

I bought an item online but relised it was the wrong one after I ordered it so got intouch with the store through met quarter an Sharon was so helpful to call me back then speak with the online sales team for me and get my order sorted she was so helpful and stopped me from panicking as it was a bday present for my sister!! Sharon was lovely and very helpful 💖 I always buy from here never had problem!

So I bought the wrong size as I mistakenly didn’t read the description. Thought I’d ask for guidance through the email. The service was very fast and gave me good detail on how to get my situation fixed. I spoke to a women called Lindsey who was very kind and responsive. She’s really good at what she does :)

I purchased an item in store and they sprayed the tissue paper with the most amazing scent. I emailed the store to ask them what the scent was and Lindsey emailed me back with the link. The quick response from the store was amazing and they were very helpful, thank you so much say it with diamonds(Lindsey) can not wait to spray my room with that gorgeous scent

I emailed Say It With Diamonds and I spoke to a lovely lady called Lindsey. My email was relied to within a day, ( I was quite shocked at how fast Lindsey replied as other companies Can take 3/5 days maybe longer) however her customers service skills amazing. She went above and beyond to help me with my issue and once the problem was solved - within just one email, she still emailed me back to make sure everything was fine and I was happy with the outcome. I wish all customer service reps were like this! Thank you again Lindsey. I had a query about an item which was if sentimental value and Lindsey took this on board and went above and beyond to help me instead of just treating me like a customer she understood how much the necklace meant to me and did all she could to help me solve my problem. Absolutely made up with the service I received today of Lindsey from say it with diamonds. I’d ordered the wrong size necklace for my daughter and had received tracking details so I was panicking I wouldn’t be able to swap it but nothing was to much for Lindsey she allowed me to pay the difference and swapped my order all within 30mins would highly recommend ordering from this company

AVOID THIS COMPANY ON LINE SHOP , my item was suppose to be delivered but was stolen from the DPD depot , contacted this company for either a replacement or refund ,I was totally ignored & I have emailed them 5 times and got a automated response saying they will reply within 48hrs , well 9days and still had no response , I contacted them on there instagram I got a response back saying there shop
In LIverpool has no control on online orders and can’t help
Or even pass a message on and they don’t have a phone number, so after contacting PayPal yesterday they have refunding me , I would definitely not buy from these ever again …

I have shared my satisfaction with family and friends and would definitely recommend Say it With Diamonds.

I must say my first time purchasing from SIWD and so far I’m really impressed. Lindsey has gone above and beyond. I ordered a couple of days before a discount code was emailed to me and enquired wether I would be able to cancel and reorder with the discount. Instead of this she straight away offered to refund me the percentage of discount so that I would have to do this and as it’s a bespoke piece would not have to wait longer. Thank you Lindsey, one of the best customer service experiences I have had from a company 😊

I recently Purchased a ring from SIWD as a gift for my sister - had a few pieces from them and always been very happy.

Unfortunately the style I chose had a dangly S initial and it caught on everything making it disfigured very quickly ….. I contacted SIWD and I was quite abrupt and disappointed but Lindsey was totally professional and very helpful - sorted it all out and exchanged the charm for a much better one that doesn’t catch on anything .

Really happy with how she dealt with my issue and will definitely shop there again - so many gorgeous pieces to choose from !

Lindsey has been such a great help as soon as I emailed about my bracelet she came back every time with a quick helpful response, I sent my bracelet off and a day or 2 later it was back with me brand new again
