I brought the silver tennis bracelet which is so nice, It doesn’t tarnish after having it for a year! I brought another recently to stack with my other one and unfortunately it snapped, I emailed the customer service team and they were amazing they responded so quickly, there was no hassle! I had posted the broken bracelet back to them and within two days receive a brand new one. Lindsey was fab! Would definitely recommend ordering from this company! The bracelet is beautiful as well!

My packaged and gift is damaged I have emailed customer services regarding this and sent pictures about 6 times since the 9/11 and had no response at all

I bought a bracelet for my daughter who is no longer here, it turned up not in a clear bag did not have a L on the front and they have failed to answer any of my email’s. Order number 104233 On the 06/11/2022

The advert and pictures of item ordered look like a child of 6 for the secret Santa gift the bracelet that was delivered would not even fit my 2 year old niece never mind my 6 year old daughter very disappointed

Ordered a personalised necklace for my partner very happy with the whole process, however she wanted a longer chain than supplied.
I contacted SIWD and spoke to Lindsey who was very helpful and quickly priced and arranged a new chain to be delivered within a few days, allowing me to give it as a birthday present!

I emailed SIWD and had a quick response from Lindsey who advised me of why they hadn’t shipped the item as they had already identified the mistake.

Order was updated to the item I wanted with no fuss, great customer service

I recently ordered a necklace and earrings, however the earrings I ordered were the wrong ones. I read that you cannot return earrings once purchased because of hygiene reasons. I emailed SIWD about my situation. A day or so later I got a phone call off Lindsey to say that my order has been packed but not yet been dispatched and that she could swap my earrings as they have not left the store yet. Lindsey sent me details to send over the difference via bank transfer and once that had been completed she could then swap my items. After doing so, I emailed Lindsey back with proof of money being sent, and I received my items the next day. Lindsey was very kind and helpful and the jewellery is gorgeous. :)

Lindsey was so helpful. I reported a stretch bracelet had snapped, she trusted me, so she sent another replacement so I didn’t have to go without. I have returned faulty one and she confirmed she would refund postage!! Excellent customer service! Above and beyond

I would like to thank Lindsey so much for her help and customer service, without her pushing my order through and arranging a fast delivery I would have 4 bridesmaids without gifts on my wedding day, she really went above and beyond and I am forever grateful
