I will post a new review and email 1000 of your customers on insta every time you delete my review so do be careful darling! I ordered a 1.5 inch diamond Script initial pendant from this company, every single initial pendant on their website has the wing design on the left hand side, mine is on the right, not to mention my design is completely different to any other product on their website. I returned the item the day after receiving it, and now I have performed a chargeback as well as reported them to trading standards. I spoke to many of their customers on Instagram and will continue to do so until I get my refund. 🥰

Don’t bother with the Christmas crackers for anyone over the age of 12 the jewellery in them is tiny. Tried to return mine as not opened passed the necklace and told no so I am stuck with 2!

I placed my first order with SIWD, and am thoroughly happy with my bracelet.

I did have a problem with delivery, however this was not SIWD fault, it was the awful DPD. When I contacted SIWD, I was supported by a lovely lady called Lindsey who was quick to respond and chased the matter for me, even calling me to advise of next steps. My parcel finally arrived.

Would recommend, great company and excellent customer service.

Received an offer for 15% off. Didn't work even though I received itbon the same day I placed my order. Still waiting a response from customer service on how this will be rectified and my 15% paid back to me. If not will be returning the item

Paid for product. 2 days later given a delivery day. Never turned up. Attempted to contact for two days, finally got a response 3 days after delivery date to say it was out of stock. Said I would have a different product instead, still awaiting a response.

Lovely bracelet but for the first time ever I came out in a reaction round my wrist and had to get steroid cream I think it’s what ever metal is used . But they are lovely I just can’t wear them

Very easy ordering process. Even though the item I ordered was a personalised item it was ready for collection in 3 days. I placed the order on the 4th of November and received the email saying it was ready for collection on the 7th. I went in the following day to collect my order. I'll just add that the staff in the shop are very friendly and helpful.

I ordered my item, payed ( payed for next day delivery) to then receive a email tk say my item will take 2 weeks to come

Absolutely gorgeous necklace and the gift box and extra wrapping was a lovely surprise, will definitely be buying again for Christmas xx
