Fabulous experience myself and my partner visited to pick out my engagement ring today. Marnie was amazing took us through all of the options and ended up with a beautiful ring on her recommendation. Excellent price and the ability to pay off flexibly to suit us. Honestly such a lovely girl and a gorgeous shop so happy i went in!

I visited yesterday for a birthday present for my mum and was helped by a blonde girl called marnie(?). She was really sweet and helped me pick something i was happy with within my budget. Item was packaged lovely too so I don't need to wrap anything x

Visited the met quarter store to purchase a necklace, staff were so lovely making conversation, helping me with my purchased, even complimented me on my outfit. Lovely young enthusiastic team. Delighted with my purchase x

Had a great experience yesterday when buying a present for my sister in the shop, the customer service was amazing! Alexandra was really helpful and helped me decide on the best present.

Served by Alex C who was so friendly and helpful. Helped me choose my charm for my Nomination bracelet as there is so much choice.

Ordered my daughters both bangles , but forgot to get there names engraved so I messaged them an Lucy kindly did it for me so thank you so much

Had a present bought for my birthday a bracelet and ring the bracelet was to big and i already have the ring the girls wouldnt help one bit wouldnt even give me a exchange note as i was 1 day over the receipt, so am left with stuff i cant even us not helpfull at all, i have loads of stuff from there shop il never buy from here again

Received a gift yesterday (it was actually delivered yesterday) partner bought it from Littlewoods , it is tarnished. The necklace is over 80% black. I’ve read up on other reviews where SIWD have replied it must be taken out of the package so it doesn’t tarnish but how is that possible for orders from Littlewoods ? I received the necklace yesterday straight from the delivery man and it’s already tarnished which shows it was like that prior to me receiving it. I’m going to have to try to clean it but for the price my partner paid (over £200) it isn’t good enough really. Disappointed

Great customer service! Had a issue with a necklace however within 2 days messaging SIWD I had a replacement.

Customer service non existent, jewellery of a low standard, not worth £10 let alone the £170 i am still waiting to be refunded.

AVOID AVOID AVOID £165 and paid next day delivery still 1 week and I’m waiting tried to contact SIWD through emails and nothing! Phone number wrong on google please do not shop here funny how all the positive reviews are stating that if a problem ‘Lynsey’ is there to help well no help from Lynsey how in the right mind this shop not closed down is beyond me looks like bad reviews are going on and then a good review off a random person is pretty much straight away to filter the bad reviews please stay away I’ve contacted trading standards and I’m travelling to Liverpool to get my money back!!!

Awful company, poor products and poor customer service. Avoid at all costs.

Ordered a rose-gold bracelet for my mum for Christmas and when it turned up it was awful quality and tarnished. The rosegold was more orange than rose. I reached out to the company and requested help and found them to be extremely unhelpful and in fact rude. They would not allow me to return it even though the item was not as described and they kept ignoring my emails. I even offered a midway settlement of an exchange or a partial refund and was again told no. I even sent pictures of the product advertised vs the product I received. They then stopped replying to my emails all together.

I reached out to the ombudsman and sent a recorded official letter….no response. I had no option but to then request a chargeback.

I went to give my mum her bracelet on Christmas Day ( in addition to another one I had to buy because of above issue) and despite following all instructions and keeping the bracelet in the sealed bag, it had already starting to tarnish and the rosegold plating was coming away.
