I’ve bought a number of items from Say it with Diamonds over a period of time. Service is always consistent in the delivery of really good service. The girls I’ve dealt with have been knowledgeable/ friendly and patient ( especially when you can’t make your mind up ) .

Beutiful gift

Very good service. Horizontal cross necklace is very delicate. The chain could do with several options to vary length. Going to get it made about 1-2 inch shorter so it sits more like a choker.
Nice piece and good for layering necklaces.

Ordered a lovely luck bracelet in gold and white. It came with lovely gift packaging and it’s beautiful. I have ordered jewellery in the past from say it with diamonds I have a necklace I wear most days. It has kept well no tarnishing and is over 12months old

Bought a initial ring for girlfriend snapped in half just a year after warranty so refused to exchange even offered to send ring back to prove no damage caused from ourselves. Would have thought with all details provided and ring breaking through no fault of our own this would have been rectified but clearly not. Bought multiple things from siwd for my Gf bu sadly will shop elsewhere in future

i got these bracelets as a present earlier this year and they’ve just gotten musty, the silver hasn’t stayed shiny at all and they just look dirty. they were gorgeous the first few times wearing them don’t get me wrong but.

I bought a bracelet online that I had an issue with, there was a sense of urgency as it was for my daughter’s graduation next week. I went into the Liverpool store to have the matter dealt with. The staff were lovely and Sharon the Store Manager completely went the extra mile in helping me find a suitable alternative. I can’t praise her enough with her soft skills and understanding. Thank you, highly recommended for their products and service too.

Went in with my niece to get her ears pierced and she was terrified but determined to get them done Becky went above and beyond I got mine done to show her there's nothing to worry about and Becky really calmed her down and the service was amazing she truly went above and beyond and put the biggest smile on my nieces face all day when she got them done!

Came in for a necklace for my Mrs and Saffie helped me a lot, really appreciated it 👍🏼
