Say it with Diamonds Reviews 

Ordered a necklace and the clasp was faulty on the chain. Went into the shop and was refused an exchange and/ or refund. Store manager was not in the shop and was uncontactable I was offered an exchange of chain which was not the same as original. Very disappointed with the policy of say it with diamonds as this was a gift and I purchased in good faith. The only positive was the interaction with the lady in the Met Quarter Liverpool store Becky. Who was professional and courteous throughout our discussions.

Ordered wrong bracelet meant to order the smaller cheaper one , emailed them repeatedly eventually they got back to me and all is good thanks.

Ordered 2 bracelets in store for an 18th to be told a day never got it so went back to store to be told it was there then wasn’t the delivery was stopped then got told will get posted to my house still waiting now the 18th has past customer service is appalling would recommend to stay away from here

Ordered an item on the 6th Feb, still yet to receive it, I have tried contacting them via email multiple times now and still nothing, appalling customer service, avoid this company at all costs!

Poor customer service. Size of stretchy silver bracelets not consistent and they dont accept returns, will not buy from them again.

Have really loved all my recent purchases from Say it with Diamonds. The customer service has been amazing from start to finish.

Terrible service. Ordered 3 weeks ago and still not received.

Ordered xmas presents on the 9th said it was dispatched on the 12th it is now the 18th and DPD says they still dont have the package i have sent a few emails but no one reply's and i can not find a phone number online to call .

Such bad communication worried of not having presents by xmas

As it was Christmas I’d thought I’d treat my mum to some jewellery from here everything was good up untill the day of delivery I was going to be due to school runs etc , so I asked DPD to leave my parcel in my private alley way up the side of the house I only have access to it so it would of been more then safe I sent the driver had delivered my parcel as it came up that it was there , when I went back on to the photo evidence he left it on my front door step so I’ve rushed all the way home to recover no parcel at all i search all the alley way even looking in the bins incase they put it in there I was just worrying I even knocked at my neighbours there very trust worthy and they would take parcels in for me time to time if they’ve ever got left outside to avoid anyone taken them but they both said they’ve seen no one and no parcel and I’ve contacted DPD and they’ve told me to get in contact with yourself and I’ve tried and tried multiple times and received nothing at all and they were personalised Christmas presents and I feel sick and disgusted that noones helping

Ordered 2 rings with the initials on, emailed to cancel straight away due to wrong initials ordered, emailed back to say they cant stop the order, they dont accep refunds or exchanges! Rings arrived and are tiny and useless.

My partner ordered me their advent calendar for Xmas , when it came he noticed box no.1 wasn’t what was advertised on their site. He had a look in the boxes and about 5 items where different and replaces with something else. All in all I like most things in the calendar but it’s false advertisement. The stuff that was meant to be in there were really nice and I would have preferred that. My partner bought this specifically for one ring in there which he knew I’d like and it wasn’t in there! (£250 he spent )
I sent a email and waited about 5 days for a response they sent me out the jewellery box with literally no proof as my delivery address is different to my partners and completely disregarded the fact 5 other things were missing and replaced with some random crap. I emailed now 5 more times and there response was “all our calendars have luxe home products” i knew this but how does missing jewellery have anything to do with your home products ? Also they have ONE calendar not multiple.
Spelling errors in email as well.
Poor advertising and rubbish service.
You recieve £100 in vouchers but I’m worried I’ll receive complete wrong items to be honest.

Sent the wrong item and still waiting for them to come back.
They have said once i return they will send the correct item but still waiting for postage labels to be sent to me. This is a gift and has already been 10 days from the order. Terrible services and takes 3 days for them to reply to any role.

Ordered advent calendar two weeks ago
Email multiple times wait 24hour for response no contact number
Get one email back saying will look into it then nothing.
Tomorrow is the 1st December and no advent calendar so I am going into the shop for a refund
