I needed a hard to find part to repair a brake shifter. I found the part easily on the website and it was delivered quickly.

I have been purchasing bike parts from SJS since 2017 and they are one of the best stores out there. Especially since I am in Canada, it's still worth it to have items shipped over. With my last purchase, they made an error and sent me the wrong length of spokes (290mm instead of 260mm). I got in touch with them right away (spoke with Naomi) and they sent out the correct lengths, free of charge! Who does that nowadays? I'll continue to buy from them for years to come...

Quick delivery of a good value component

I always get good sevice when ordering elusive parts like a lever bladder or hope service kit washers for rx brakes. I dont know why i try other places then they get lost or delayed.

Ordered a son dynamo hub which I didn't realise if the fork drop outs as the contacts. I had assumed they were like back in the day with terminals! Anyway, sent it back to SJS no quibble and promptly refunded. I regularly buy stuff from them and always a good service.

Items were dispatched very promptly and were well packed. However the prop stands were too long for a both a 700c and a 26 inch bike despite the product description. They were made to fit by sawing off part of the strut and then reattaching the foot.
