SkateHut should not be taking orders
SkateHut should not be taking orders, and especially money, when it cannot fulfil them.
I have an outstanding order that is still in "Processing" state after two weeks, and more than a week after the due delivery date.
They have not responded to any requests for an update via their usual contact channel, and there is no other way to contact them that is easily available. They don't appear to be responding to their FB or Insta channels.
This is disappointing as I've been a customer for several years and have purposefully supported them over the much more convenient Amazon in order to support a UK business. I hope I get my refund at least, given the lack of response.

I placed an order over a week ago and it has now been 5 days after the expected delivery, when i contacted customer service Meg responded and advised that they are having a few supplier issue, as disappointing this is im glad she was honest and offered my a refund of a gift voucher to wait, i opted for a refund as i need the item asap, but she was very friendly and very professional with excellent customer service, i highly recommend you request to speak to Meg for a pleasant customer service experience

Horrendous experience from Skate Hut in so far as we ordered a skate board for my son, he saved up his pocket money to get it, paid for express shipping, only to be told they have no idea when the item will arrive. What a job getting hold of anyone and even when we spoke to a man called Archie who worked at skatehut, he was not helpful at all and said there was nothing he could do about it. Seemed totally unbothered. However I sent an email and spoke to Meg, who was super helpful and handled my complaint well, she asked if we wanted a refund or a credit and to wait, as they have no idea when the skateboard will come. I reached out to your company as I’d ordered a pair of your skates for my granddaughter’s 7th birthday. She was staying with me for a few days and so I told her they’d be delivering surprise gift. I had such trouble with Yodel delivery. I wrote to your customer services and Meg answered almost immediately. She responded on each of the times I was let down and contacted them herself. She could not have done more for a customer. It didn’t help that Yodel said I wasn’t in! I have a Ring doorbell. Back to Meg - I felt very supported - we know how disappointed 7 year olds can be. No Delivery, No Contact, No Customer Service
I placed an order for a pair of skates on the 23rd of May, with the understanding that delivery would take place between the 29th and 30th of May. However, as of today, the order status still shows as "Processing", and I have not received any updates regarding delays or estimated delivery.
I initially reached out via email to request an update but received no response. I also attempted to contact your customer service team by phone, again without any success. Following that, I sent a second follow-up email, which has also gone unanswered.
At this point, not only has my order not arrived, but I have also received no communication to explain the delay or provide any reassurance that my order is still being processed. This lack of response and transparency is extremely disappointing.
I would appreciate it if someone could respond to this message urgently with an update on the status of my order. If there are any issues causing the delay, I would like to be informed. If the item cannot be delivered promptly, please advise on the next steps regarding a possible cancellation or refund.

Really disappointed, my son had his heart set on his scooter. Less than 2 weeks use the brake has broken and the paint has peeled! I have sent 2 emails over a week ago now and not had any response. Items I ordered weren't in stock, I wasn't told this, I had to email on the delivery date for an update as I had no tracking number or dispatch email.
First couple of emails I didn't get any where with until I was put through to Meg.
