We bought the granddaughter some heelies for her birthday, they were sent with the incorrect wheels.
I contacted Megan who sorted out the issue and kept me informed what was happening throughout.

What started as a frustrating experience was all corrected by the fantastic work of Meg from the customer support team. My package hadn't been sent out for delivery due to issues out of Skate Hut control. After contacting the team Meg took control of the situation and managed to get my package delivered on time, ensuring my daughter got her birthday present!

Easy order, was worried about the delayed despatch but Meg ensured the item was delivered in time for granddaughters birthday.

Absolute credit to SkateHut. We had a warranty issue with a product we brought. They followed up on it with great speed, great communication and a great end result. Really appreciate that and will definitely order again based on this experience. Shout out to Meg.

My reciew is purely about staff member Megan processing my order cancel request. Megan was quick to reply to my email request and dealt with it promptly and professionally and was polite in the process.

I contacted Skatehut because my order was taking longer than expected. Meg contacted me within the week and explained the supplier issues they have been having with their stock. Sadly, this isn't something they have control over, and during that time, I had changed my mind about buying a complete skateboard. I asked Meg if I could have a full refund, and she happily arranged that for me. I have used SkateHut in the past and haven't had any issues. It’s just a shame they have been affected by supplier issues like many places these days.

After reading all the bad reviews I sent an email to ask to cancel my order and ask for a refund, Meg replied very quickly and sorted this out for me
