It Was very good and easy comunication with Molly and Meg. They helped me a lot with my request and solved the problem.
I forgot to redeem a ten percent…
I forgot to redeem a ten percent discount which was completely my negligence. However when I told Megan my mistake she kindly retroactively applied the discount and offered me £10 which I'm grateful for. Furthermore, the setup I bought was already very cheap (£116 for a complete setup) therefore I'm doubly blessed indeed.
Lastly I forgot to ask for my board to get gripped, which she insured will happen.

Avoid this company
I purchased an expensive electric bike of over £1,500 with a delivery time of 2-4 days. I was eventually told after several days the item I paid for was not in stock despite being in stock on their website and I had the option of changing the colour. I agreed to this immediately but since then I have no updates on delivery despite chasing multiple times. I am just told it's being looked into, or it's arriving to them shortly but nothing is progressing and it's now been almost 2 weeks with no delivery I sight. I don't even know if this item will come and I need it immediately for my commute. Their phone lines also either don't work or are unmanned due to staff shortage (I'm not sure which one I believe) so communicating and getting a resolution is extremely difficult. Avoid the hassle and buy your items elsewhere.
Terrible company
Terrible company. I ordered a product at the price of just under £600 it should have been delivered by now and hasn’t. I have contacted the company and they ignore all communication. They have of course taken my money. Definitely would not recommend ordering from here and from what I have see on social media this has become the norm for skatehut and many people are waiting weeks for their items with zero communication.

Item wasn't in stock despite what the website said
As with many of the reviews on here, ordered an item and paid for express delivery. No communication and my delivery date came and went with no sign of despatch.
I messaged and did get a prompt response. Then received a followup email to say my item was not in stock.
The website said it was in stock when I ordered but this was a lie as was the promised delivery date.
My refund was processed quickly.
I'm disappointed as I had heard good things about Skatehut.
I won't be ordering from them again and would recommend you don't either.
