Great service and after-sales service from Meg. Initially the item did not ship on time but the SkateHut team (Meg) looked into it and solved the issue promptly.

Meg sorted a problem out with a gift card for me today so I was able to use it.

I ordered a bike which came quickly and I was impressed by the price too. Unfortunately there was a problem with a tyre when we set it up. I contacted customer services and received an email from AMY. She was fantastic, sorted out my issue with no fuss and quickly. She kept in contact all the way through and I couldn't have asked for a better experience from her. Amy is professional, courteous and an asset to your company.

Iv never bought skates before, so I was a little overwhelmed with which to choose, as these were for a present for my daughter. Molly dealt with me through the whole process, so there was consistency and a fluid conversation. Molly is SO kind and professional, helpful and efficient. EXCELLENT customer service skills. I want to get myself some now too! Thank you!

Great aftercare when returning a scooter which unfortunately had a fault, but the girls from the warranty team Amy and Heather were brilliant and made it stress free. Thank you.

SkateHut have been absolutely amazing after a bit of a scooter building fail from us this Christmas. We put the scooter together incorrectly without realising, but knew something was wrong. Amy from the team was so helpful and quick to reply to messages from the start, and the process of sending the scooter back was very easy. Heather and Darren from the warranty and build teams realised it was our error, but still they offered us a replacement scooter and directed us to some handy YouTube videos to help with build and maintenance! They couldn't have been nicer, despite it being our error, and were super friendly and helpful throughout our email. Thank you so much! We've got a very happy little boy again!

I would give 5☆ but it's a difficult process(when you don't know how) to get an order sent to Ireland but I emailed skatehut and a lovely lady Megan replied& explained if I ordered in 2 separate orders &made sure to check I had changed the pg to euros it would go through& so it did, I got the Gotcha 8ball cruiser complete& the Arbor photo pilsner cruiser complete.I Was a bit annoyed I had to split it up as I originally was also ordering a box of Bones Swiss bearings so I left them out to keep the price below what I was told would go through .I intended to then, after the boards, go straight back and order the bearings but somehow they were immediately sold out.
I love skatehut I've been shopping off their site for years now and have never been disappointed with the products, delivery, delivery time, prices or selection my only gripe is how they can easily ship to the USA/ Australia/ Canada to name a very small few yet Ireland seems to be such a difficult task. Again though as it was over the Christmas holidays to recieve an email by Megan explaining what exactly was going wrong&how to get around it was great. Thanks Megan (&sorry for the typo on your name in my reply email I was dashing to get back and try all that you explained). Thanks skatehut the boys will be thrilled , I'd recommend skatehut to anyone looking for a large selection( that's where I got all my quad roller skates that I'm always asked about) of anything "wheel" related , skateboards, skates, inline's, e scooters, bikes, bmx, all the safety gear&some really cool footwear ie my limited edition "Lizzie A" skateboard vans &my super limited edition silver Chad Muska supra's I got yrs ago. Track suits, T shirts, hoodies all my boys&hubby's skateboard shoes from vans to Nike &all in between- check this place out. (If ur in Ireland keep it under€150.00 per order, make sure its in Euros & you'll be fine my problem was I tried to buy everything all at once&my total was way too much). Great store, great staff.

Cara was a huge help in checking re-stocking dates and then offering an alternative which we ended up purchasing. A credit to the team!

I had a slight issue with my order and Amy from the Skatehut team was incredible in sorting the matter out really quickly. The product itself was really good value.

After only sending part of my delivery, Amy was great and sorted it out for me and the other part is getting posted. Brilliant customer service

I needed some new skateboard trucks for my son, but it’s all very technical and confusing. I emailed SkateHut and Molly got back to me in under an hour with some informed suggestions on best products to buy.

Molly was really friendly and knew her stuff. I will be buying the trucks.

i sent an enquiry to skatehut requesting more info on a scooter and received a response a few short hours later from Molly who was fanrastic, She gave me all the relevent info i required. my order is now placed and my son is going to be very happy with his new scooter and he wont be needing to steal his brothers anymore

Purchased a pair of Moxi skate that arrived with a fault. Email to support and Amy resolved the issue and I got a replacement pair no fuss. Excellent customer service

Had a fault with a board we bought for my son, contacted them for a resolve and dealt with Amy, the resolve they offered was 5 star, refreshing to see such good customer service.

I had a problem with being shipped the wrong item, but Megan was super helpful in arranging an exchange for me. Fab customer service!

Usually when I contact a company with this kind of query I find the response is unclear and delayed.

Pleasingly, I had the opposite and was very happy with the information given and also, further suggestions were provided.
