Faded chairs
I paid £578 for black outdoor chairs on the 17th April ‘24 .
Despite us having a terrible summer in NI and the chairs only being outside for weeks they have faded to a sickly greenish /greyish colour. They are patchy and could no longer be described as black. I have sent numerous photos and asked for a refund as I have never seen anything like this before. The response I got from SK camping was. ‘’Your issues have stemmed from leaving them outside which is variable.’’ Really- is this an appropriate response from a business selling outdoor products.
I would love to be able to upload my photos here and regret that I now have to go to the small claims court to obtain a refund .

Did not keep the item in stock and…
Did not keep the item in stock and allowed me to order it online just to be told we don't keep that item, so now having to wait upto 30 days for a refund. Also staff failed in product knowledge.

Thank you for the review. Unfortunately, yes, a mistake was made on our part and a different item with a very similar name was made available to purchase. I feel you have failed to mention that you did still in fact walk out the door with the awning you wished to purchase, no reference to 30 day refund was ever made to you either and i can tell you this will be returned in 3-5 working days.
I feel like we have to rebut your last comment about product knowledge, we answered every question you asked accurately and wish to make it known that if we did have the product in stock that we had to refund you on, you would have purchased the wrong item for the awning. The two items you bought for one another were not compatible. So to blame your mistake on us is a little unfair.
