Knowledgeable staff, plenty of pitched tents so you can really get a feel for the options. And then, to top it all off, even after an extensive web search, SK offered the tent we'd decided on at the cheapest price anywhere, including internet only places. This has happened twice now, for successive tent purchases, so I'm getting the feeling it might not be luck...

The first time I ordered from here, I was a little skeptical. The website looks a bit sketchy.

Table was exactly what I'd been looking for and was sold cheaper than other sites, despite charging for p&p. Despatch and delivery were prompt without any hassle. We were looking for a footprint groundsheet for our tent which is a few years old. We found one for a reasonable price on S.K. Camping website.
The whole process was simple with an easy to navigate website and checkout process. Delivery was prompt and communication from the company was great.
The items we ordered arrived well packaged.

Great experience all round. The Coleman Octagon tent arrived the next day on a Saturday even though we hadn't paid the extra for next day delivery, so that was a nice surprise.
The tent iteslf was very easy to erect, even with one person very simple. Great features all round and a great price for this size of tent.
A hook was missing from the assembly, but a new one was posted out the following week with no problem at all.
