The Mammut jacket I ordered was excellent quality as expected from the Mammut brand, BUT the picture of the item online is incorrect so I’m a little disappointed my item isn’t the same colours as advertised. The most horrifying issue though is the customs tax, and VAT which I had to pay when my item arrived in the UK, it was nearly £100, for ONE jacket! It’s probably just because of Bloody Brexit but DO NOT BUY FROM ABROAD! You will pay ridiculous amounts extra for your items when they arrive in the UK.

Not trustworthy:
1. Despite telephone call, Ski-Willy staff assuring that e-shop displayed goods are in stock at shop, not delivering ordered and paid item due to "out of stock"!?
2. When ordering and paying via Pay Pal, payment was received and then repaid after a few minutes without explanation, thus blocking the amount at my bank account in reality for some time.

Excellent customer service. Order placed on November 30 and delivery on December 7. Delivery was on time despite the fact they informed me they have to re-order the product which was not in stock. Last but not the least, I've got a real bargain price as the icing on the cake ! Very happy customer.

the 28.2 2018 I ordered a pair of Hanwag boots from Ski Willy. A few days after, Ski Willy e-mailed me that they the colour I have ordered was sold out.
Ski-Willy asked me if I would change my order. I changed my order to another colour of the same boot. They told me that they had changed my order and that I soon would receive a tracking number.
Today (12.3. 2018) I have yet to hear from them. They are sneaky, because they already charged the money from my bank account on the 28.2.18.

Some elements of my order were not in stock but acceptable alternatives were offered. The order was delivered to Portugal very quickly and the transaction ran smoothly. Best of all was communication, emails were answered efficiently and very quickly, usually within 2 hours, A pleasure to do business with this company.
