Sneaky sneaky Ski Willy

the 28.2 2018 I ordered a pair of Hanwag boots from Ski Willy. A few days after, Ski Willy e-mailed me that they the colour I have ordered was sold out.
Ski-Willy asked me if I would change my order. I changed my order to another colour of the same boot. They told me that they had changed my order and that I soon would receive a tracking number.
Today (12.3. 2018) I have yet to hear from them. They are sneaky, because they already charged the money from my bank account on the 28.2.18.
