The helmet arrived quicker than I…
The helmet arrived quicker than I expected and was a bit too small for me even though I ordered the 2x extra large. I also thought it was a modular helmet. It was ok though my wife can wear it and she wants to take the chin bar off so it's good. We haven't ridden yet so how she likes it when riding will be later. It is a very light helmet which surprised me also.

I bought a life vest and ordered big ,well went down 2 sizes . Some of that was me . But I emailed they told me what to do send back and reorder new one . I did had my money back in my account only 4 days and that was with shipping
USPS was how I sent . New one fits and I had that in 2 days . Very happy with this place service was great turn around time even better

Bad Communication
I ordered some helmets for the family. Received the email confirmation on the purchase but nothing on shipping. Contacted them 3 days later and they didn’t have any info on the shipping and said they’d get back to me. Had to follow up a few days later because they didn’t get back to me. When I did get a reply I was told they didn’t have what I ordered.
