Recently I have ordered several accessories for my new Can-Am Outlander. The part I ordered from Ski-Doo was compatible with my G2L frame. This accessory was unavailable from any Can-Am vendors that I could find, even BRP. I received status updates on my order, shipping and expected delivery date. I won't mention names, but I've ordered parts from another vendor that charged my account right away and I still don't have those parts, nor do I know the status. Excellent job Ski-Doo. Ya'll know how to do business.

I purchases a set of water skis. The shipping was quick, but not packaged well. The base of the skis were protected well, but the tips were not. Both skis arrived with damage to the tips. Not so much damage that they aren't usable, but enough to make them not look too good.
