I bought a sea doo rxp 300 and trailer over Memorial Day weekend . The first time I took the sea doo out , the trailer light quit working , had to take it back for service, said ground wire loose, they fixed next day , After I dropped it off. But I live 100 miles away it was quite a inconvience

I bought a roof vent provent for my side-by-side when I received it it had no pattern or the directions that was BS it could cost you 2 cents maybe a penny to cure that problem and put the directions of the pattern in with the instructions. Oh yeah there was no instructions. Then the thing does not even sit flat on the roof it needs a rubber damper between it I had to put cockin on it to fix it

All of our Can-Am products come directly from BRP, and in an effort to be more green, they do not print off paper instructions for all of their products. Instead, an entire online selection of instructions is available for customers' convenience. You can search instructions by part number right on instructions.brp.com. There is also a complete parts list for each product on that website. If further clarification or directions are needed for installation, we are always happy to help over the phone or email during our business hours and we can answer any questions you may have to make sure it is being installed correctly. Or if you need it looked at in person, you can also always bring it in to your local BRP dealer for assistance. We look forward to hearing back from you and offering up any assistance we can.

You advertised an item that I purchased only to find out later(a few days) via email that one of the items was canceled. I would say know what's in your inventory before a item can be added to a customers shopping cart.

Purchase and shipping was great
Purchase and shipping was great. The can am 12 gallon storage box overall is decent quality. The two linq points connect nice and tight but the rear of the box doesn't have a linq connection. You are provided with two hooks that I'm assuming (no instructions at all) you attach to the rear of the box and hook around the atv rack. Didn't work... It also comes with a small piece of metal with a couple holes in it which I was able to tuck under the atv rack and send bolts up into the rear of the box to secure it but I was forced to drill hole in something that was intended to be plug and play...
