They advertise 'free delivery'. Hah. I received notification that my product was delivered to the post office 15 mins away. Into the lockbox. There was no attempt to deliver it at home. I am home full time as I am in medical recovery. We do a lot of buying online. Hopeless service .... it took weeks to get the product too. Never again!

Warning - do not buy from this store.
This company is a scam. Look at other review sites and you will read why. I cancelled an order over a month ago, despite this they will not cancel it on their system, citing all sorts of technical difficulties, but they can still manage to deduct money from my bank account every 2 weeks. The other order (also over a month ago) still not delivered, again will not cancel despite repeated requests, and of course, they are still deducting money from my bank account.
I have made numerous calls, emails and live chats, each response is the same, your matter has been escalated or its a "warehouse issue". Not surprisingly my story is not uncommon if you check out other review sites.
Buyer be warned, you will just be giving this company your money with no return.
Would not recommend shopping from this website! After weeks of delays and emails telling me my products would be dispatched as soon as possible (even though the agreed dispatch time at the time of purchase was 3-5days) I am now in a dispute where they are refusing to refund me my money (they keep telling me they will forward my issue to the relevant department to arrange a payment but I then receive emails stating ‘failed cancellation’ all I want is my money back for an order I waited for but never got dispatched!
