Received wrong products, marketing products are not the same as the picture in the website (misleading the customer). Contact customer service didn’t resolve or give refund. End up keep few bottles of products that I don’t want. Waste of money.

Caudalie Viniclean Toner arrived covered in oil; I’ve used a Clorox wipe on it every morning & night since unboxing (while using it) and still, touching the bottle coats my hands in a shiny residue that makes doing the rest of my skincare incredibly frustrating :/ also I’m paranoid bc I have seborheic dermatitis & it is easily triggered by soooo many things— like I don’t even know what it’s covered in lmao

The customer resonse was excellent , replacement sent by express courier and a very understanding response made. This meant a great deal to me as it is a Christmas gift. I would give this company a zero if I could because I got zero product for the money I spent. Ordered some sunscreen in March 2023. Wrote them 3 emails asking for a refund or to resend the product. They told me it was out of their hands and could do nothing. I see I’m one of many who had had this experience. Not surprising. Scam company!

DO NOT BUY! It's an untrustworthy company. I ordered my products, and they never arrived. They told me to contact the shipping company, saying it wasn't their problem. The shipping company didn't respond either. I lost nearly 100 USD. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. They don't take responsibility for anything. It's a disgrace of a company.
