The most bizarre experience trying to make a return. I asked to change my order within 30min of ordering it. But they sent the wrong item according to the email they sent me. Trying to return it was a nightmare. They didn't reply for almost a week and then they were stalling to give me the return information. I had to get QLIRO involved to get return instructions. I paid my own return shipping and they still charged me for their own shipping expenses. The sum was small enough for me pay it and move on with my life. This whole process took over 3 weeks.
