Best staff and laser hair treatment ever.
Incredibly friendly, helpful and knowledge staff. Put me instantly at ease and were able to answer all of my questions. In particular, I think you could ask the branch manager anything and she'd know! She's a real credit to the company. I've had laser treatments at SK:n clinics before and at other places but in my experience, the treatment at SK:n is vastly superior and so are the results. I've had my first treatment already and the staff were very professional and courteous so I'm already looking at other treatments because I suspect this place will become my favourite salon/treatment centre.

Do not recommend for possible cancer
Not impressed. I expected a scan of the patch on my back that won’t heal, not guesswork. Doctor only available after 4pm on a Thursday. Not in any way what their website implies about scans, treatment on the spot and availablity to suit the customer. Phoned central number to complain and nobody bothered calling back.

Horrible clinic only interested in your money. Paid for services they have refused to provide and have also refused to give me a refund of my money. Made a complaint since December to date my complaint remains unresolved. Avoid avoid avoid. They are horrible

Izzy is an star
At the reading Skn clinic it feels like home I feel very comfortable there and the staff are friends too me and we have very amazing conversation and I feel so blessed to be there and the manager of that place Julia is absolutely amazing and we have very fun conversation and she is so funny and so are my friends they are amazing and funny and understanding but the person who sticks out most is Izzy she is one of the kind and she is so brilliant, good hearted and caring and helpful and such an warm hearted and beautiful friend also we have brilliant conversation and funny conversation and she is so funny and i feel so comfortable around her and I can talk about anything and she does my treatment so well and she always ask if I am okay and so does the manager and the rest of the team and I couldn't ask for better friends and I feel warm and welcomed and honestly there is no better place that I would rather be and honestly I'm speechless this place is incredible and my friends and Izzy are absolutely marvellous. Birth mark removal
Dr Harris is a fantastic person who made me feel comfortable during the consultation. He explained my options as well as how the treatment works. I was very comfortable during my treatments and the results so far are incredible! Would definitely recommend it as the results are high quality!
