My only Regret is that I have not found Skoup before Spending hundreds of pounds to get my bin bags removed. Website is very easy to navigate. Priced really well, love the different bundles. I put my bin bags out the night before and it was gone by 10.30. Will use from now on. Thank you.

It was easy to do, the driver called shortly a before arrival and just took everything away

Fantastic service. Booked slot 7am- 1200. Driver here at 0745 Everything gone by 0800. No noise or disturbance. All cleared. You would not know anything had been there. Many thanks.

From start to finish the service was excellent. I was kept informed throughout. The collectors were polite helpful and efficient

They did half the job, turning up with a smaller van to only collect half the rubbish. The guy was very apologetic and said he would have notmally taken it, but "they had a smaller van". I think it was rental.

Spoke to the office afterwards, but apparently our rubbish was over the weight limit anyway, so we would need to rebook and pay more. I've asked for the weight ticket. Also they hadn't taken the rubble which is much harder for us to dispose, as there is a limit at the local dump.

Pretty poor consumer experience.

Booked a full van collection (equal to approximately 16 washing machines apparently) to pick up waste from a house renovation. So much rubbish was left. Even if they filled the van (which I’m really not sure they did, I don’t think I had around 16 washing machines worth of stuff, and definitely not 32 washing machines worth of stuff), there was no announcement that they’d arrived, no warning that they wouldn’t be able to take everything, and a follow up email claiming “Nothing to see here! Your unwanted stuff is now gone.”, which just annoyed me more. Before, I had one big pile of rubbish so at least it looked intentional, but I was left with patchy bits strewn around so it looks worse than before they came. Would really have appreciated a message saying they couldn’t take everything before they started (which, given the amount of stuff that was left, they had to have known) and asking how I’d like to proceed, or a message with a photo of the van filled, giving me the option to book another collection to have the rest of the waste removed… Now, I’m left in exactly the same position I was before, just £220 poorer and with several smaller piles of rubbish. Not happy.

I have used them several times and it's quick and easy to order and they just come and get it!

Simon, the gentleman who collected my rubbish was extremely courteous and helpful. This meant a great deal to me as I am disabled and at the moment I can barely walk as my legs are very swollen and bandaged from my knees to my ankles. Thank you.

Usually a 100% reliable service, have been using for years now. However today, rubbish bags not collected as booked and confimed. No communication or updates from Skoup. They can collect bags up to 7pm but when I called to report the problem they close the phonelines at 5pm! Really not impressed this time!!!

So refreshing to find a company that lives up to everything they promise. Used Skoup today for the first time for a clearence of carpets and a kitchen in my new house. Ordered a full van as wasn't sure how much room it would need.
Chose a 7am-12pm slot. 11:15 Junior and Ty arrive. Without instruction they courteously reversed up to the garage introduced themselves and asked about what needed clearing.
10mins later and with a nice chit chat about the football the van was loaded... to make it even better Junior said he would speak to his office as the load only used half a van and would see if I could get any money back.
Literally 5mins later a lady called confirming my order would be refunded £54 and an email confirmation followed straight after. I saw on the website this was mentioned but figured it would be a long drawn out process back and fourth with call centres etc.
Honestly... avoid skip hires and all other clearance companies as you simply can't find a more competitive price or beat the service or I recieved today.

A very friendly and helpful man came to pick up my stuff. He called half an hour before to say he was on his way as I had booked the free 7am-12pm slot which was great. Would definitely use this service again.

Collectors called ahead so we knew an exact time. Professional, courteous, efficient and quick. Really great service. This is the second time we've used Skoup's van collection service & would definitely use again.

Fantastic service.
I had a slight issue finding the service I wanted on the website, one quick phone call later, with a very helpful guy, and I was all booked.
Collection was prompt and no mess was left behind. 100% happy with the service and the price.

So easy. I don't drive so can't easily get to the tip. Will use their man with a van service next to get rid of some bulky items. Highly recommended.
