Great service!

Great service!! When I have a tight budget for a oven, but questioned a price online, an online chat staff (Smc) helped me to search a great deal and offered the best price. I am very happy and satisfied with this shopping experience with Skousen. I am sure whenever I need a household appliances, I will visit Skousen website first. :-)

problem solved!

i bought an Opti grill with snack tray ... as i do not have a normal kitchen area I use it for most everything I am very happy with the product and when i had a small problem i was able to resolve it by calling the service department . fast, helpful and made sure that i was taken care of. 5 stars I will order from skousen again when the need arises Thank you

Great service

I called Skousen to clarify a couple of things before ordering a fridge online. The person I talked to on the phone was one of the most customer friendly people I have met in a very long time.

Additionally was the delivery only a couple of days and they had the cheapest price on the market according to pricerunner. Absolutely recommended!!
