Delivery fees 3 times more object’s price
I was trying to buy one product on line: price of the product 149 DKR, delivery fees: 349 DKR within Denmark. I believed Danish companies were ethically honest. I was wrong

I've ordered a new fridge/freezer
I've ordered a new fridge/freezer. The delivery was nice and fast. The installation was also relatively fast. The only thing that I am not satisfied with is how the finish of the installation was. The fridge did not fit the cabinet, so the front legs were sticking out. There was a temporary solution of having a book underneath. As a longer-term I was recommended to get the metal rails for the fridge. I got them, but now I am not sure how to proceed. I tried to call the installation person 3 times, but unfortunately no response. It would have been great to get some help there as I don't want the fridge to stick out off the cabinet. I am even ready to pay some extra to get this installation done completely. So 5 stars on the buying experience. 2 stars on the completion of the installation. Overall 3 stars on the experience.

Not a serious company
Twice I've ordered expensive goods from Skousen, and both times they screwed up the delivery and screwed up my day.
The first time was a full set of appliances for my apartment -- they called the day before and said they forgot to place the order and now everything was out of stock. So they rushed us and made us choose other appliances that we didn't research.
Now I bought an appliance, paid 700DK for a delivery service for a specific day. Driver shows up, says they forgot to load it in the truck and wil lgo back for it. Calls again and says they lost it- no delivery today.
Support is nonexistent or rude. Live chat takes 10 mins between responses and doesn't seem to help. Local branch manager was entitles and felt like ht ewas doing us a favor with handling the delivery mishaps.
Just do yourself a favor and payt the extra 200dkk from a competitors. Skousen is not a serious company.

Quick, helpful customer service with a product
Quick, helpful costumer service. I bought an air purifier from them. Unfortunately, it stopped working the first day. It was strange as it is a very reliable, highly rated brand. Skousen quickly responded to my email and helped me process a warranty claim to the manufacturer. It turned out that the particular air purifier was from a faulty production group. Skousen offered a choice of a refund or an upgraded model from the same company. Recommend highly.

While we were not able to fix the fan we were asked to come to the store, and the store guys were not helpful, instead they asked to call customer care and talk about the issue.. the attitude and tone of speaking of the person was not good
