I had a dishwasher installed by Skousen. The delivery was fast, but the installation was bad. The installer cut a hole in a way that prevented the dishwasher from being pushed in completely. It was pushing out about 7cm from the fully installed position.
When I complained, he told me that this is the right position, and he is done. I had to call someone else to complete the installation. I wasted 500DKK on this service.

Easy to navigate website. I bought 2 appliances and they both arrived within 3 days. Very happy with my purchase and service.

We ordered an induction stove top with professional installation. It turns out the "trained" professional installing our new stove top could not identify that it was not compatible with our electric line, which an electrician confirmed is clearly visible due to the nature of the cables. As a consequence of the install, we had a short circuit and now both the line and the induction stove top are damaged beyond repair and need to be replaced.

The electrician has confirmed the damage in writing. Despite multiple calls and emails, Skousen has not initiated any refund process or sent a replacement induction stove top. Instead we continue to be asked for further information and documentation (which we will provide), while we are out of pocket and soon without a functioning kitchen for two weeks.

At Skousen, there sadly appears to bigger emphasis on covering their own losses rather than putting the customer first and doing what is right for them.

Made hassle free purchase of Sharp R-982STW from Skousen. Product got delivered at home without any issues.

Recently purchased a Tefal garment steamer from Skousen webshop (order# 182301266). The packaging was damaged on one side when I received the product, and I immediately notified Skousen about the damage before opening the package. Was told by customer service that it is not a major problem, and that generally the packaging gets damaged during transport.

I've hardly used the product, maybe two or three times so far. Noticed water leakage from the water holder and very loud gurgling sound from the garment steamer when in use. Reported the incident on Dec 21st asking for a replacement or refund as I was not all happy with the product. Also reported that it is a major safety concern for me with the leakage. Skousen writes back stating that they can only offer repair from the manufacturer. Repair for a brand new product that has hardly been used is quite ridiculous, because then it is a clear indication that the product was damaged in the first place. Asked Skousen if they can atleast issue a gift card to my Skousen account if they cannot offer a direct refund, but Skousen refused and said repair was the only option.

I am surprised about the poor customer service, especially given that the product was recently purchased. I can't imagine what the customer service will be like after 2 or 3 years. Please think twice before buying any appliance at Skousen, I would rather buy at Elgiganten or Power even though the price is higher because their customer service is definitely much better.

Good things first: buying a dishwasher online with some help from customer service was easy and smooth. The problems started the day it was delivered: Albeit friendly, the person in charge didn't know what he was doing and left the machine half installed, saying it "didn't fit" and that I should "ask for an exchange". I had to contact customer service again, they sent another person who saw that the drain pipe was stuck being the machine and had been damaged due to the previous technician trying to push it in forcefully. The new technician even got a big electric shock trying to move the machine around, which could have been dangerous if water had leaked at the same time. It ended up with me getting a new dishwasher, same model but with an intact drain pipe a few days later. I still have to find a solution to fit the wooden board underneath it, since after all the machine is a tad too high for it. But it works, after 5 weeks of back and forth. I can't say I will be shopping at Skousen again though, after this experience.

I bought a dishwasher from Skousen. The first guy who came to install it couldn't figure it out. He left the dishwasher jutting out of the counter and disconnected. The second guy who came realised that the water pipe had been broken, and not only that, but the first guy didn't ground the dishwasher, so he got an electric shock when he touched it.
The third time went well, but by this time, over a month had gone by.
Not super happy with it all, but at least the dishwasher now works.

The delivery man, seeing that I was confined to a wheelchair, went above and beyond in helping install my new LG Dryer. He was professional, polite, friendly and ensured my Dryer was installed correctly and functioned properly before leaving. I could not ask for better service than what I received.
